We are inviting volunteers who want to design a one-of-a-kind hotel inspired by local culture and capture the journey along the way. Live with the community, explore unique materials, and help shape spaces like rooms, the lobby, garden, and more. We're blending tradition with creativity. We want Phrae to be part of it, not by shouting, but by whispering through the little details, woven subtly into every corner of the space.

Chambre privée: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre privée. En d'autres termes, une chambre rien que pour vous.

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Dortoir de l'équipe: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres personnes.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Détails du programme

We’re inviting volunteer designers and creatives to join a cultural journey in Phrae, Northern Thailand. You’ll stay in the community and help us design a hotel that reflects the soul of Phrae quietly, subtly, and beautifully.

But beyond design, we want you to explore, feel, and tell stories about Phrae through content. You’ll help us not only build a space, but also capture the heart of Phrae for the world to see.

Activités et horaires

Designer Part
- Explore the city for materials, cultural cues, and design inspiration
- Develop ideas for hotel spaces. You may choose to focus on one area such as guest rooms, the lobby, garden, restaurant, corridor, or any shared public space
- Summarize your design concepts and the area you focused on
- Provide sketches, drafts, or 3D visuals (in any format you're comfortable with)
- Include notes or ideas for materials and construction details (if any)
- Share reference images and cultural inspirations
- Prepare a project handover package (PDF or shared folder with all files, clearly labeled)

Creator Part
- Capture the essence of Phrae in your own creative way
- Content will be used to promote both the hotel and the city of Phrae

No pressure to be perfect — raw, real, and meaningful is what we love

Règles

- Stay for at least 1 month for deeper immersion
- Be open, curious, and respectful of local people and customs
- Submit all content and design files in an organized format before leaving
- Clearly label and explain your design ideas and content for future use
- Make sure content featuring people is taken with consent
- Volunteers should maintain a positive attitude and approach tasks with creativity and enthusiasm.
- We expect volunteers to assist during the agreed hours and communicate any concerns or changes in schedule.
- Treat our staff and other volunteers with kindness and respect.
