Ce que vous recevez

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Détails du programme

Volunteers get assigned according to availability, we have 3 locations in the island Chill Inn HUB, Chill Inn Chaweng and Chill Inn Choengmon.
We provide the location and the Chill Inn you will be working at 3 weeks prior arrival.
Volunteer Role: Volunteers are given the responsibility of hosting various events at the hostel, which can include social activities, tours, or special gatherings PLEASE NOTE WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE VERY ACTIVE AND ENERGETIC.

Guest Engagement: Volunteers are expected to create a welcoming environment, making sure guests feel comfortable and included in the activities. This involves engaging with guests, ensuring they’re having a good time, and encouraging them to participate.

Atmosphere Creation: Volunteers help set the mood by fostering a positive and friendly atmosphere that enhances the experience for guests. This can include things like setting up spaces, greeting people, or encouraging group interactions.

Event and Tour Promotion: Volunteers promote different events and tours happening at the hostel. This can involve sharing schedules, encouraging guests to sign up, and helping organize the events smoothly.

Organization: Volunteers ensure that everything is running smoothly, from coordinating event logistics to maintaining a tidy and organized space, ensuring that the events are executed effectively.
Representation of the Hostel: Volunteers represent the hostel by embodying its values in a fun, respectful, and approachable manner. They are the face of the hostel, so it's important that they maintain a positive and professional attitude while being friendly and approachable.You will have a trial week where you will learn the skills and we will decide based on that week if you are a great fit as we need someone energetic and activ
