Our days usually start around 10 AM after a good breakfast. Volunteers are divided into two teams:

🎨 Creative Team (led by Zoé): Focuses on artistic scenography—painting, crafting wooden panels, setting up chill areas, and decorating the festival site. Each year, we select a theme that shapes the entire festival's scenography. This year, we will create the set designs inspired by Ancient Egypt, with the theme 'The Mysteries of Osiris.'

🛠 Building Team (led by Cédric): Handles construction—setting up the stages, installing structures, building wooden furniture (bars, benches, tables), and assembling shade sails.

We have loads of fun creating a magical atmosphere for the festival, but our days are full, and the work pace is steady, so expect to stay active and engaged. We take lunch on the go, prepared by a rotating team of volunteers, and gather in the evening for a well-deserved beer and dinner together. Nights are free, often spent chilling and sharing good moments.

🧑‍🎨 Your role as part of the creative team:

You’ll be involved in designing and creating artistic elements for the festival, including set designs, props, and decorations. You'll help paint, assemble, and decorate the festival spaces like the main stages and chill areas. Additionally, you’ll assist in crafting installations and visual concepts that bring the festival’s theme to life. Working closely with other creatives, you'll ensure all designs flow harmoniously.

🏡 Accommodation

During your stay, you'll be accommodated in a house dedicated to volunteers. The ground floor features a spacious living room and a brand-new kitchen, while the upper floor offers large, shared bedrooms (2 people per room). A cozy and friendly space to relax after a day of creativity and festival vibes! ✨

Privacy and Respect: We spend a lot of time together, so it’s important to maintain a respectful attitude towards others' personal space.

Shared space upkeep: Please clean up after using the kitchen or communal areas. Helping to maintain a pleasant environment for everyone is much appreciated.

Work/Rest Balance: While the days can be intense, it’s important to take time to rest and recharge during breaks.
