I had a wonderful time volunteering here with Iva! She is an amazing host who is very welcoming and accommodating. The farm is beautiful and the two dogs, six horses, and kitten made the experience even more special. The work can be physically intense but it is extremely rewarding as well. It's a wonderful place to connect with nature and feel like you are making an impact, while enjoying delicious food, and exploring the beautiful countryside. I would definitely recommend this volunteering for anyone who loves to get their hands dirty and spend time in nature!

I had an amazing experience at Iva's farm! Our main task was cleaning up branches, which could get a bit tiring at times, but it was still fun, rewarding and a great way to stay active in nature. Iva is super cool, kind and incredibly accommodating. Her communication and instructions were always very clear, which I really appreciated. The food was delicious and the dogs, kitten, and the horses were all so sweet and friendly. It was such a peaceful and heartwarming environment to be in. Definitely recommend!

I would 100% recommend visiting this place! I had a wonderful stay with Iva, her family, and friends. The farm itself is beautiful and authentic, the animals are healthy, friendly, and absolutely adorable! The work—though sometimes hard—was genuinely enjoyable and never felt like a burden. The local villagers were super nice aswell. Riding through the fields and forests and stunning views was amazing... If you want to escape the noise of busy life and reconnect with nature, this is it. I left feeling refreshed and grateful for my time there.

I had a wonderful time on the farm and really enjoyed everyday life close to nature. The horses are great and the long rides through the stunning landscape felt like a dream. I usually worked between 7-9 hours, but it rarely felt like (hard) work. On warm days, we often went to the beautiful nearby lake to swim and enjoy the sun. The accommodation was very cozy and I loved the food - we had a lot of delicious salads as well as traditional serbian dishes. Iva and the other villagers were very warm and welcoming, and I learned a lot about their lives and culture. Would definitely reccommend it!

Overall, my stay at Iva's little farm was enjoyable. The pony sized horses are really cute and most of them are easy to ride. They are kept great and live outside all year. The two dogs are absolutely adorable as well. Iva picked me up from the bus station of the next town and made sure I got to try traditional Serbian food which was really cool. We also had some great talks. Nevertheless, you should be prepared to be riding/working from 6-9 hours on each working day (6 days a week). Also, you should be a really good rider. Iva is a kind but rather demanding host.

I am a little surprised that you were caught off guard by the fact that we do work hard and you need to be a good rider (which also saves time on tacking up, greatly reducing the overall hours)- both of those are clearly mentioned in the position description!
