Détails du programme

Guest Orientation Position:
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests upon arrival. Your responsibilities will include warmly welcoming guests, providing them with essential information about the guesthouse and the surrounding area, and ensuring they have everything they need for a comfortable stay. You'll guide guests on available amenities, local attractions, and help them feel at home.

Front Desk Position:
As a Front Desk volunteer, you will be responsible for handling check-ins and check-outs, managing guest reservations, and addressing inquiries. You’ll provide assistance with any guest needs and ensure smooth operations at the reception. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to stay organized while dealing with a variety of tasks, all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming attitude.

Media & Marketing Production Position:
If you have a passion for social media and marketing, this role will allow you to help promote our pousada and attract more visitors. You will assist with content creation for social media platforms, help with photography and videography, and develop campaigns that highlight the unique experiences we offer. Your creative skills will be key in engaging potential guests and showcasing the charm of our guesthouse.
