I spent one month at the hostel, it felt like home almost right away. The hostel itself is well maintained, separate staff room for the women which is amazing. I got to stay with Maggie, who if you get the chance to meet you will love! Elvis is very funny and a very inviting person, any questions? He can answer them. Any worries/concerns? He can solve it. You can expect a fun social environment, pool table, table tennis and a well equipped kitchen. The work is laid back and to the point. It was never too much work, and as agreed upon never passed 4 hours. Thank you for the great memories!

I spent two weeks on this project and I had an enjoyable time! The tasks were simple and the schedule was respected. Also, Elvis and Andrey are such nice people and you'll have the chance to explore Saranda and cities nearby on your day off. Tksssss and I hope to see you soon again đŸ‘·đŸ»đŸ€™đŸ»

I recommend this place. It has a good location, very close to the beach and the center of Sarande. Elvis is a great boss and a very kind person. I highly recommend it. I have great memories of this place. Thank you very much for everything. We'll see you again.

I spent two lovely weeks in the hostel and I really enjoyed my stay. Elvis and Andrii were very kind and generous to me, the working hours were always respected and the work is pretty easy. It's the perfect place to meet people from all over the world, enjoy the beach and have fun! You will feel at home there!! :)

I had the chance to volunteer at this hostel for a few weeks, and it was such a great experience! My main tasks were helping keep the common areas clean and tidy, and occasionally assisting with check-ins. The work was well-organized, and there was always someone around if I had questions or needed a hand. Both the manager and the owner are incredibly warm, fun, and easy to talk. As the hostel's motto says: “You come in as a guest, and leave as a friend.” That couldn't be more true. I'm really grateful for the time I spent there, and I'd definitely recommend it!

The host (and the other people I met) were friendly and welcoming. Not much work and the tasks were easy. Overall, everything was relaxed and pleasant. The hotel has quite a good location as well.

I had the pleasure of working as a volunteer in various tasks at my home, and it was a very positive experience. I always felt welcomed and supported. The host, Elvis, was constantly attentive to my well-being and made sure everything was in order. He is a kind, generous, and thoughtful person, which made my time there even more rewarding. I definitely recommend this experience to anyone looking for a welcoming and enriching environment.

Minha experiĂȘncia foi frustrante. O hostel nĂŁo tem equipe de limpeza.SĂŁo trĂȘs espaços (hostel, hotel e apartamentos) e apenas uma funcionĂĄria, que trabalha mais de 12h por dia sem folgas. NĂłs tambĂ©m ficamos sobrecarregados, pois hĂĄ muitos quartos para poucas pessoas. As instalaçÔes sĂŁo ruins, com banheiros em pĂ©ssimo estado, o que dificulta ainda mais a limpeza. Trabalho online alĂ©m do voluntariado, entĂŁo a rotina ficou exaustiva. Decidi encerrar antes do previsto, pois nĂŁo valia a pena trocar meu tempo por hospedagem ruim, sem alimentação ou outros benefĂ­cios.

She agreed to volunter here being explained the circumstances. She was given 4 rooms a day for 4 hours of voluntering. Apprantly she had other plans. It is not our problem you take more than you can handle. 12 hours of commitment a day is a lot of work for anyone.

This volunter wanted to quit before of time. After communicating and fixing the problems she decided to continue her voluntering. There is no more or no less than 4 hours of help in exchange for accomodation and other benefits.
