Me encantó poder ser parte del Hostel, todo el equipo es muy amable y realmente están para apoyarte, te hacen sentir como en casa. Las tareas son muy sencillas, además que el hostel es muy lindo. Conocí a muchas personas, me llevo grandes amistades y recuerdos de regreso a casa y eso se los agradezco muchísimo.

The night shift was really easy. The hostel is in a great location in the city (the neighbourhood it's in is quite cool and trendy, and it's close to a lot of the monuments/city centre). The accommodation was good, had a couple of small problems. I felt welcome and like I could communicate with the hosts.

Staff were so lovely and showed me the ropes, albeit with conversations sometimes limited by language barriers. Was able to contact them at a moment's notice via phone when needed, as I was on reception by myself. Went into the experience with extremely limited Spanish skills which I knew would be a challenge, but was able to improve some. Unfortunately, it was very difficult to help Spanish speaking guests, and had a few guests get quite frustrated with me for not being able to speak Spanish. Overall a great experience though, with comfortable environment and a great location within Sevilla.
