Détails du programme

Welcome to Koalama Guesthouse, a cozy and social place on the beautiful island of Koh Rong Sanloem, Cambodia! We’re looking for friendly, outgoing volunteers to help us create an amazing experience for our guests.

Your main tasks will include:

🍹 Bar Assistance – Help serve drinks, keep the bar area tidy, and chat with guests to make them feel at home.

🏠 Reception & Guest Relations – Greet guests, assist with check-ins & check-outs, and provide local tips to ensure they have a great stay.

🎉 Event Organization – Help plan and host small parties or themed nights to create a fun and social vibe.

In return, you’ll get free accommodation, free drinks, access to our kitchen, and plenty of time to explore the island, unwind on the beach, and connect with fellow travelers."

Activités et horaires

⏳ Shift duration: 6 hours per day, 5 days a week
📍 Tasks include:
✔ Serving drinks & keeping the bar area clean
✔ Welcoming guests & assisting with check-ins/check-outs
✔ Helping to organize social events & themed nights
✔ Creating a fun and friendly atmosphere for guests

You’ll have 2 days off per week to explore the island, go snorkeling, relax on the beach, or enjoy the island’s nightlife! 🌞🌊

✅ Minimum stay: 3 weeks
✅ Speak English fluently (other languages are a plus!)
✅ Be friendly, responsible, and proactive
✅ No excessive drinking or partying while on duty
✅ Respect the guesthouse, guests, and fellow volunteers
✅ Help maintain a positive and welcoming atmosphere
