Amazing experience ! We learnt all the process about the cacao from the plantation to the chocolate bar ! Papi, Maria and rodrigo were so nice and cute, thank you Just be careful beacause we did all the days the same tasks while it was announced different things on world packers

However, it seems contradictory to say that you learned the entire process and then complain that the tasks were repetitive. On a farm, especially during harvest season, some tasks must be repeated because they are essential. This is not an entertainment tour; it's a volunteer program, and those who come should be willing to help, not just receive."

Fue una buena experiencia.Aprendí muchas cosas de cacao.Y todos fueron amables conmigo.El trabajo fue un poco duro para mí ya que soy débil.Pero valió la pena.Este voluntariado es muy recomendable.

Era una Buena experiencia, mucho trabajo pero es bueno de trabajar con la Familia Palomino la Torre, es una Familia muy amable ! El trabajo era muy interessante tambien con el cacao Chuncho y es bueno de aprender mas sobre el proceso del Cacao Chuncho. Estoy muy agradecida de poder conocer este lugar hermoso y su Familia.

The experience was incredible. We were warmly welcomed by the family and fastly we felt like we were at home. The family is really kind, show us some places to visit during the weekend, talked a lot with us and we even played games. On the working part, we had clear time of works and it was really interesting because we learnt all the processes behind the chocolate bar and we were able to take part in various activities such as planting, harvesting, taking of the grains of the cacao, fermenting the cacao, toasting the cacao, taling of the skin of the cacao.

Our stay at the farm was very nice. The son of Augusto let us at the busterminal to get to the cocoafinca together. Augusto and his family are very welcoming, heartwarming and nice people. We felt home in our Peruvian family from the first moment. I would highly recommend it to people who would like to connect to nature, learn everything about the cultivation of cocoa and our chocolate and who would like to experience living with a Peruvian family. Thank you for this experience! :)

We felt incredibly comfortable at the farm with Augusto, Maria and Rodrigo. We were part of their family for a week. We learned a lot about cocoa, harvested it, fermented it and planted new plants. It was a great experience that we can highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our time at this project and the host was super lovely. Everyone was really welcoming and kind. The nature was incredible around this house as well.
