I had an excellent experience at the hostel. The staff was super friendly, the manager was nice and comprehensive. The tasks were exactly how they were described. I liked the experience because I also had time to visit and enjoy the city. Breakfast is amazing :) Thank you Lisa and staff for sharing with me such a nice time! If I ever go back to Berlin I would definetely choose this place again. Xoxo

I really loved my stay at the hostel, I met some lovely people and had an amazing time. I did find my first few days working quite confusing but found my way eventually:) it's a bit far from the city centre but there's plenty of public transport, the breakfast was perfect, I wished there was more amenities in the guest kitchen but it wasn't too bad :) overall I would recommend staying here, I miss it already!

My time at the hostel was amazing. Lisa is very straightforward and flexible and the work is what is agreed upon. I did the spotter position which is busy but the hours go by really quickly. I only had to share a room with another volunteer. The hostel is about 40 min from the center which wasn't a problem for me, but if you're looking for a party hostel this isn't it. This is mostly for families and school trips. Overall I enjoyed my time there, since I only had to work three times a week there was a lot of time to get to know the city.

I had a good time at A & O. The schedules were discussed the first day and were always respected. The staff was the most remarkable part of this experience. They were so friendly, always there to help and they made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this experience as it is a very affordable option to travel and visit Berlin.

The whole team was really welcoming and we had a really good stay! The hours working customer service are long but it's the best way to practice languages if that's your goal! If you work the room checks, shifts go by really quickly and work is also light. Breakfast was good with some options and while dinner wasn't always available, it was always nice.

It was my first experience as a Worldpackers and I it was really nice and pleasant! I have learned a lot and met a lot of amazing people. The management is very understanding and friendly which made the whole experience very nice!!! I definitely recommend!

I appreciate the time that I was volunteering at the hostel. I integrated well with the hostel team, they are really nice. I worked in customer service, being in direct contact with the guests. I also decorated some blackboards with information, which Lisa gave me a lot of creative freedom to do. About the benefits, every day we had a delicious breakfast and dinner, laundry and the work hours were respected. I am grateful for the trust in allowing me to hold this position at the hostel and for this valuable experience! Thanks so much Lisa and team from the hostel.

I really enjoyed this past month. The whole team is very kind and easy to work with. The tasks were clear, as well as the hours that needed to be worked. The hostel is a bit far from the "real" Berlin - almost 40 minutes away from everything - but it's still easy to explore everything alongside work.
