Are you a people person who loves creating unforgettable experiences? We're looking for a Social Host to join our vibrant team and bring good vibes to every corner of our hotel!

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and Entertain – Socialize with guests, ensuring they feel welcome and have an amazing stay. Invite them to join activities like sunset sessions, surf trips, and more!
- Party Vibes Expert – Help us boost alcohol sales during parties by keeping the energy high and the drinks flowing.
- Hype Creator – Spread the word about our epic parties and exciting tours, encouraging guests to join the fun!
- Review Booster – Chat with guests during social moments or checkouts, encouraging them to share their great experiences in online reviews.
- Help us to widen our reach with social media, by sharing stories and video about IBH!

What We’re Looking For:

Social Host Activities

1. Guest Engagement & Socializing:
Spend time chatting with guests, getting to know them, and making them feel part of the community.
Organize casual hangouts, such as sunset watching, beach games, tours, and surf trips, to encourage booking and guest interaction.
Create a fun atmosphere by sparking conversations and connecting guests with each other.
2. Event Promotion & Hosting:
Promote upcoming parties, tours, and special events by engaging guests and building excitement.
Help with party preparations and ensure the event runs smoothly.
Keep the energy high, dancing, mingling, and ensuring everyone has a great time.
3. Boosting our Social Media Reach:
Share the moment (IG Stories, Reels or Photo) of IBH to the world! Lets show the world what is like at IBH!

Social Host shift (Night Shift Focus)
Morning (Free Time):
Enjoy your free time—surf, relax, or explore the area!
Optional: Use this time to connect casually with guests, promote events, or share tips about local activities.

Night Shift (Event Time)
1. Pre-Event Prep (Early Evening):
Arrive early to check the setup—vibes, music, etc
Chat with guests, get them excited about the night, and encourage them to bring friends.
2. Event Hosting (Peak Hours):
Be the energy booster—welcome guests, introduce them to each other, and keep the mood lively.
Mingle and encourage guests to try drinks or participate in activities like games, contests, or dance-offs.
Highlight the tours and activities, making them sound like must-try experiences.
Take photos and videos to capture the fun and help promote the vibe online.
3. End-of-Event Wrap-Up (Late Night):
Thank guests for coming and make sure they have a great times.
