At Finca Almalibra, we don’t just work together—we live, grow, and share beautiful moments as a family. We’re looking for a special person to join us, not just as a volunteer, but as part of our home.

Are you handy, proactive, and love getting things done? 😃 We need someone who can help with big projects, fix things when needed, and take initiative when they see something that needs to be done. Reliability and a positive attitude are key!

Jardinage: Aider à faire pousser des plantes et cultiver des jardins

Construction & Réparation: Aider à diverses réparations ou constructions.

Ce que vous recevez

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Randonnées gratuites: Nous vous emmènerons en excursions et randonnées autour de la ville. Gratuitement !

Transfert: Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre arrivée et vous emmènerons à notre propriété.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Détails du programme

In the summer because of the heat, it wil be more relaxed ( only max of 2/3 hours a day) and then we provide only breakfast. After the summer we ask 5 hours and we provide breakfast lunch and dinner.

Finca Almalibra is a place of connection, hard work, and community. We believe in creating a welcoming environment where volunteers don’t just help out but truly become part of our finca family.

This position is for those who enjoy hands-on work, from building projects to repairs and general maintenance. We need someone reliable and proactive, who takes initiative and enjoys problem-solving. In return, we offer a meaningful experience in nature, shared meals, and a warm, family-like atmosphere.

Activités et horaires

For the moment, cleaning the pool.
Putting products for the pool.
Cleaning the composttoilet.
Turning compost pile.
And some small jobs to ask.
Filling the water.

But almost every day in the summer we will go to the beach or river or do something else.!

If something break, fixing it ❤️

Règles

We like to keep the caravan where you sleeping in clean.

It’s a basic caravan.

We cook al on turn, outside the workhours. And this is in the main caravan.
The main caravan where you eat, have to be always clean.
