This is a dynamic and social role where you’ll be both behind the camera and right

You’ll be part of a creative team that helps share the fun and energy of our hostel with the world, so if you love socializing and storytelling through photos and videos, this is your chance to make an impact while having a blast!

Activités et horaires

- Social Media Outreach & Content Creation: Approach people at the beach or
during events with fun, creative challenges or activities in exchange for perks like
a free beer, day pass, or even a complimentary night (all with their consent to
record, of course!). You’ll film these interactions and send the footage to our
editing teammate. Check out examples on our Instagram.
- Photography & Video Capture: Take high-quality photos and videos of our
guests, hostel events, and daily moments to capture the energy and spirit of the
hostel.
- Guest Interaction & Events: Help organize and run engaging activities like beer
pong tournaments, game nights, and tours. Be a friendly face around the hostel,
actively connecting with guests and ensuring they feel welcome.
- Feedback & Quality Control: Regularly check that everything in the rooms and
common areas is working well. Collect feedback directly from guests about their
experience and suggest improvements to keep our hostel top-notch.

Tower Bridge Hostel – Rules for Social Media & Guest Experience Volunteers
1. Be a Brand Ambassador
Always maintain a positive, friendly, and high-energy attitude; whether interacting with guests in person or representing the hostel online.
2. Obtain Clear Consent
Always ask for permission before recording or photographing guests. Respect anyone who prefers not to be included in content.
3. Capture & Create High-Quality Content
All images, videos, and reels should reflect the energy and vibe of Tower Bridge Hostel. Content must meet our quality and branding standards.
4. Cold Approaches with Purpose
When approaching people on the beach or at events, be respectful, enthusiastic, and clear about the proposed activity and the reward. Record only with their permission.
5. Timely Content Delivery
All raw footage and photos must be delivered regularly to the editing team so they can organize and schedule posts.
6. Guest Interaction Comes First
Actively engage with guests; organize or support activities like beer pong, game nights, and tours. Be present, helpful, and approachable.
7. Facility Quality Control
During your daily routine, check that everything in the rooms and common areas is in good condition. Report any issues to the manager.
8. Feedback Route
Talk to guests casually and gather honest feedback. Share their suggestions or concerns with the team to help us continuously improve.
9. Respect the Hostel’s Policies
Your actions, both online and offline, should align with the values and culture of Tower Bridge Hostel.
