We’re a small family with a big love for creating special places where people can relax and connect with nature. One of our projects is Chilamate Beach Eco-Retreat, a cozy spot by Costa Rica’s Pacific Coast, and we’d love to have a volunteer join us to help keep things running smoothly.
If you’re flexible, friendly, and happy to pitch in where needed, we’d love to have you as part of our team. You’ll have plenty of time to enjoy the beach, explore the area, and experience life in Costa Rica while being part of our little community.

Activités et horaires

What you’d do:

Help with tidying up common areas and rooms, making sure our guests feel comfortable and welcome.
Occasionally greet and check in guests, sharing your smile and good energy with them.
It’s a low-key vibe here—our guests are mostly independent travelers staying in private Airbnb-style units, so it’s not a lot of maintenance. But we believe in making everyone’s experience special, and having someone cheerful and proactive around makes a big difference!

We’re not always at the retreat ourselves because of another family project in Sarapiquí (Chilamate Rainforest Eco-Retreat, which we hope you’ll visit!). That’s why we need someone who can bring a positive presence to the space when we can’t be there.
