As our Activity Host volunteer, you’ll be the life of the hostel, organizing , recruiting and hosting exciting activities like:

🎥 Movie Nights by the pool or in cozy lounge spaces
🎨 Paint & Sip Sessions where creativity flows with wine
🎲 Game Nights filled with laughter, drinks, and friendly competition

Promoteur de fêtes: Aider à organiser et promouvoir des fêtes et des activités sociales.

Service de bar: Préparer et servir des boissons et aider à maintenir l'inventaire des boissons.

Ce que vous recevez

1 jour de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Réductions sur les Boissons: Obtenez des réductions sur les boissons de notre bar.

Laverie Gratuite: Vous pouvez utiliser notre buanderie librement.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Exigences

Courant Anglais ou Intermédiaire Espagnol

Entre 20 et 28 ans

Accueille uniquement les volontaires solo (n'accepte pas les couples ou partenaires)

Être originaire d'un pays autre que Panama

Passeport de l'Union européenne

Your mission?

- Recruit fellow guests to join in the fun and make new connections.
- Set the stage for each activity, creating an inviting atmosphere with guidance from the hostel manager.
- Spread good vibes and make every night a highlight of their stay.

Activités et horaires

We expect to have 3 o 4 activity nights a week, these will be at night around 7 to 8 pm.

Commitment to Role Responsibilities

- Volunteers are expected to actively plan and host at least 3 to 4 activities per week.
- They should recruit guests to participate in activities, ensuring a friendly and inclusive atmosphere while respecting personal boundaries.
- The first week is a trial period to evaluate performance. If responsibilities are not fulfilled, or if the volunteer does not meet the expectations of the role, the program may be terminated.

Punctuality and Preparation

- Volunteers must be on time and fully prepared for scheduled activities. Materials and setups should be completed before the activity begins.
- Volunteers should maintain open communication with the hostel manager regarding activity planning and any challenges encountered.
- Volunteers must be open to feedback from the manager or staff and willing to make improvements based on guidance.
