Loved my time volunteering at the home ! Such a peaceful, beautiful place surrounded by nature ! The team is super welcoming, the work is good, and the vibe is amazing. Highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxed and positive volunteering experience!

I had a wonder experience during my volunteering at this hotel. The work was simple and exactly what I expected, which made the experience very enjoyable ✨ The hosts were always kind, attentive, and supportive. I also shared many wonderful moments, both on a human and cultural level. I truly recommend this experience and leave with very good memories. Thank you for everything 🍀

Great experience with great people. I still can't believe that at the same time there were 2,5 Lithuanians haha. This place is literal postcard the sunrise and the view to Gunung raya are incredible. Work is light, usually morning shift until 1 pm. Taking out breakfast and doing housekeeping. Everyone's friendly and helpful. The location is a bit further away from the city but you can use staff scooter or call the grab. It was relaxing and grounding experience. It was the best decision to spend Christmas and New Year's there. Thank you for everything.

I volunteered at the home for just under two weeks but could've stayed much longer. It is a special place. There are up to 4 volunteers at a time and because it's tucked away and small, you become friends quickly with them, the guests, and locals if you make the effort to venture out and explore nearby! The tasks and hours are just as agreed and Mun and Afeq are accommodating and flexible to schedule changes and requests. It is immersed in nature in a rice paddy field, so you do have to be comfortable with the flora and fauna here. Thank you Mun for having me, I hope to see you again !!

I really enjoyed my time at the home. It really felt like a home away from home and I met the most amazing people staying here. The owner is often around and he's so funny and very supportive and caring. It's a great location on Langkawi and I loved being surrounded by nature. The one downside was the poor communication skills and attitude from the manager (not owner) which slightly impacted the stay. Besides that, it was amazing and l'd recommend to any traveler, you will have the most amazing time!!

Since 2017, we had near more 500 volunteer at our place, As owner, i always open with any comment about the place, myself and the manager.Mr Afeq is a good manager and person, maybe small here & there, but overall i received lots good review about him, im sure in the future & also me will improved more on certain aspect .

I couldn't expect a better place for my first experience as a volunteer ! The tasks are clear and Mun and Afeq explain you everything you need to know. The place is very peaceful and quite, also lovely and surround by amazing people. Being a part of this team was such a great experience. Thank you for everything !

My stay at the home was all I could've wanted and even more. Mun and Afeeq are amazing people and explained everything very well and had reasonable expectations. They were very accommodating and always helpful and lovely to talk to. The jobs were very clear and the working time was very fair so that you had at least half a day to go and explore and we even had a scooter available for our time off! Sadly I ended up having to cut my stay by a couple of days due to personal reason but Mun was very understanding and I would love to go back anytime! I highly recommend this experience to anyone!

I honestly couldn't have wished for a better place for my first volunteering experience. The island has such a magical atmosphere, it's the kind of environment that immediately makes you feel at home. The tasks were always clear and easy to follow, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I'm really happy I got to be part of it, and I'm grateful to AfeQ and Mr. Mun for having me and making the month I spent there so fun and memorable.

My experience at the home exceeded all my expectations. I formed strong bonds with the other volunteers and Afeq, the manager. We had such wonderful times that I'll cherish them forever. The tasks were simple and clear: preparing breakfast, cleaning rooms, and gardening. We shared dinner every night, cooking for each other. Afeq is such a talented chef, he taught me how to cook Malaysian dishes. I highly recommend the home. As we said with te other volunteers, this place is like a curse, once you're there, you'll never want to leave. Thank you for everything 🥲

If life brings you here, definitely for a reason Langkawi is absolutely magical, from its nature and adventures to its history, culture, and community. It feels like home for everyone. Right in the middle of the island, this place that feels like a little world of its own I loved every moment there Afeq is such an amazing person, a bright soul who shares everything he has with the world, expecting nothing in return. Special place attracts special people. The time we shared here with other volunteers reminded me of that pure childhood joy, when you need so little le to feel truly happy ❤
