Increíble experiencia, la gente que trabaja en el hostal es increíble al igual que con los voluntarios que me tocó, el trabajo es fácil y son solo 5h y tienes 2 días libres a la semana en los que si quieres hacer excursiones son flexibles. Fue mi primer voluntariado y creo que no podría haber sido mejor <3

Lake view is a very social and friendly hostel! The staff is great and the working hours are very easy. Volunteers have delicious food everyday, drinks at the hostel and laundry service that helps a lot. I definitely recommend this experience for a solo traveler.

The hostel is awesome, the hostel is a vibe and managers are cool! The work was exactly as described and benefits are solid. You should know before you come that you don't stay in the hostel, you stay in a home stay a short walk away and it's a bit of a moldy mess. But the beds are decent and there is good hot water pressure in the shower

My first time volunteering with Worldpackers and it has been such a wonderful experience!! the hostel team really is a lil family and Hanoi has become my home away from home. Working on reception was a great learning experience and I loved getting to work with other volunteers and local people as well. The managers are super supportive and flexible with shifts. Make sure you give yourself enough time here when volunteering as I can guarantee you'll want to extend :) thank you for everything!

rhia is sucha great volunteer! we definitely recommend her to any volunteer job out there! you wont regret it.

The hostel-Team is just amazing. The Managers take good care for the volunteers! We all had an amazing time together. I extended my stay because it felt like family. Highly recommended

I had an amazing time with the most perfect team! The work is structured and clear, the hours are fixed beforehand and the managers are flexible and very nice!! The hostel has mixed vibes between social, chill, and party, which is exactly what I was looking for. This place made Hanoi feel like home and made it very hard to leave. Will be always always thankful and recommend it to anyone thinking about coming here :))

The Lake View team is something special — I wasn't expecting for all these wonderful people to feel so much like family, but we loved our time here so much that we extended a week longer just to get some extra time with everyone! Working at a party hostel is organized chaos at its peak, but it helps when you work with such fun and sweet people to balance out the unpredictability. I'll treasure my time here, and all of the chess + pool games I lost <3 You guys will be missed and loved xoxo
