Everything about this experience was amazing! Candy is the absolute sweetest person ever and the whole team really steps in to help if you ever need it. I've been able to meet some of the most interesting and like minded people while I've stayed here. It was my first experience through worldpackers and it literally could not have been better a 100/10 trip. Everyone welcomed me right from the start and made an effort to include me in activities as we got to know each other better. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone! Loved it so much and the memories I've made here will last forever.

I had an absolutely amazing time here at the hostel! :) The area is vibrant and fun, the staff are friendly and helpful and the events are always great and sociable! I've made some great life long friends at this hostel too! You get some awesome benefits as well and it's been a wonderful first volunteering experience! Will miss all the staff and volunteers here greatly! :)

I feel sad to leave. Time flew too fast. Candy is a very nice person, she always takes care of you as a crew member and friend. Always asking about lunch, she brought some coffee while I was working and she was always attentive to everything. I felt welcome, the bed was comfortable and I always ate super tasty. I feel grateful for the opportunity, thank you Ruben for the support, the teaching and this beautiful experience. I wish all hostels were like this one to volunteer. Thank you very much, see you on the way!

I had an amazing time at the hostel! The team & other volunteers were all supportive & we had a lot of fun. The tasks are as described & had a lot of freedom to define the tasks. And the team was open for all the new ideas. I can recommend this volunteering! 😊

I really had a great time during my stay/ volunteering experience in the hostel. Was received like I was part of the family not only by Ruben and Candy but also from all the other people volunteering at the same time, Ivana, Pedro e Giang. You get to contact with several international travelers and end up being fully immersed in the local culture since the Hostel itself promotes social activities within all the hosts. 10 out of 10 if I had to rate the experience.

It was a nice experience overall, the hostel has free breakfast buffet everyday and also the workers cook each other lunch and dinner as well. The location is fair, Hanoi is a big city and is right across from a cathedral! As I worked in reception there was also a lot of free time to do my own thing like read a book or be on my laptop, and the rest of the day is yours to explore the city and try out all the coffee options and street food you can as food in Vietnam is delicacy and cheap for westerners! The staff were very friendly and nice shout outs to Anna and Candy!
