Animal Care: Cleaning, feeding, and providing care for our rescued animals. 🐶🐱
Property Maintenance: Assisting with minor repairs and general upkeep around the rescue center. 🛠️

Vélos à votre disposition: Vous pouvez utiliser nos vélos quand vous le souhaitez.

Transfert: Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre arrivée et vous emmènerons à notre propriété.

Détails du programme

What we offer:

• Free accommodation in a motorhome with access to the house facilities, including the kitchen.
• A quiet, relaxed environment where you can focus on helping animals and learning new skills.
• The opportunity to practice and learn new languages. We speak English, Spanish, and French. Among ourselves, we communicate in English, but Spanish and French are frequently spoken.
• A chance to be part of a meaningful project and contribute to the well-being of animals.

Activités et horaires

Key Responsibilities:

• Animal care: Help with feeding, cleaning, walking the dogs, and assisting with bathing or grooming when needed.
• Cleaning & hygiene: Regular cleaning of animal living areas, including kennels, litter boxes, and outdoor spaces.
• Maintenance & repairs: Assist with small repairs and upkeep tasks around the property, ensuring the safety and comfort of the animals.
• Animal welfare checks: Keep an eye on the animals’ health and well-being, ensuring they are comfortable and safe.
• Miscellaneous tasks: Other activities such as shielding dogs from the sun, organizing supplies, or making sure everything is in order around the property.

Work Schedule:

• Flexible shifts: We are open to discussing the schedule that works best for you. Typically, we need the most help in the mornings and evenings, but any assistance is welcome.

3. Respect: Please respect us, the animals, and our property. Keep all spaces and facilities as clean as you found them.
4. Independence: You must be comfortable working independently, as we may not always be available to provide guidance.
5. Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the animal areas and your personal spaces, including the kitchen.
6. Boundaries: There will be times when we are busy and can’t socialize. Please respect our need for personal space.
7. Animal Care: Always treat the animals with kindness and follow any specific care instructions we provide.
