This project integrates early English education, child care, and green gardening to promote holistic development in young children. Volunteers will engage in teaching basic English, supporting daily child care routines, and guiding children in sustainable gardening activities. The program offers a unique opportunity for volunteers passionate about education, caregiving, and the environment to make a impact on children's growth & development.

We expect you to bring enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for working with children. You'll play a vital role in supporting our English learning, child care, and green gardening initiatives. This includes engaging the children in fun and interactive language activities, assisting with daily care routines, and helping foster their understanding of sustainability through gardening. In return, we offer a welcoming and supportive environment where you can make a meaningful impact. You'll gain personal growth through hands-on experience, cultural exchange, and the chance to develop new skills, all while enjoying comfortable accommodation and nutritious meals.

Activités et horaires

Daily Activities
Morning Routine (8:00 AM - 9:00 AM)
Welcome children and assist with morning greetings.
Prepare materials for the day’s activities (e.g., art supplies, educational tools).
English Learning Activities (9:00 AM - 11:00 AM)
Lead interactive language learning sessions with songs, stories, games, or arts and crafts.
Support individual children with basic English skills (speaking, listening, and vocabulary).
Encourage participation and help children feel confident in using English.
Child Care and Free Play (11:00 AM - 12:30 PM)
Supervise and assist children during free play or organized group games.
Help with any physical or emotional needs of the children.
Foster positive interactions and ensure their safety.
Lunch Break (12:30 PM - 1:30 PM)
Assist in serving lunch to the children.
Help with cleaning up and ensuring children

Règles

As a volunteer, it's essential to follow a few key rules to ensure a positive experience for both the children and the program. Be punctual and maintain a positive attitude, as your energy sets the tone for the day. Always prioritize the children's safety, supervise closely, and follow all safety protocols. Respect the schedule and actively engage in the activities, whether it's teaching, child care, or gardening. Be a role model by demonstrating patience, respect, and cultural sensitivity, while also maintaining cleanliness in the environment. Effective communication with staff and respecting confidentiality will help create a safe and supportive atmosphere for everyone involved.
