The host welcomed us like part of the family! Most of the work involved gardening, building, farming, and similar tasks. In the afternoons, we could take a break, often with the host taking us to the local beach or into town. It was truly an amazing experience to learn about Galician culture while being surrounded by nature. Whether you're a mountain lover or a sea enthusiast, this is the perfect place for you.

My time in the farm with Juan and his family was incredible! I really enjoy restoration work and we had plenty of opportunity to do that together plus some gardening work every few days. The accommodation is very comfortable and clean with each volunteer getting their own private room and access to the shared bathroom and kitchen. Juan was an excellent host communicating clearly, offering tours of the local area by foot and by bike, shared car trips into town, and frequent shared meals. Finally, the farm is an ideal location for exploring the sea, the coast by rail, and experiencing Galician culture!
