3 WEEKS PER MONTH: daily online posting, organizing, and responding in groups.

FULL MOON WEEK: Taking & posting pics and videos, overseeing our promo & activity volunteers, promoting online & updating events and content on IG & TikTok!

Seeking people will social media/influencer skills to work independently and dependably!

🚨We've noticed a rise in unreliable people on WorldPackers, so we are revising our listing and process to be VERY clear to attract the BEST and most dependable people.🚨

We have successfully hosted HUNDREDS of volunteers asking them to work hard/play hard - long hours during Full Moon (with plenty of party time) & TONS of free time between Full Moon Party.

Our 120-hour 5-day POOL PARTY at WET! a Pool Party Hostel is the main pre-party with ticket packages to all the major island events (Jungle Experience, OXA Beach, Waterfall Party, etc.) and we promote bringing in people to party with us & get their ticket packages.

We get so busy there's no time for pictures, videos, social media posts, promoting to groups on Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram, etc, and overseeing our volunteers who are promoting to bring people to the party and running tournaments and games. That's where you come in!

We also run the FullMoonWeek Instagram that posts ALL the parties each day for 1 week a month. We need your help with those posts too.

- we have flyering teams but not always reliable
- volunteers sometimes need help organizing & promoting party games.

📢 promote and be active in online in groups & social media
- WhatsApp/IG/FB groups, Hostelworld chat etc.
- Post & tag and encourage others to tag us

🗓 FullMoonWeek Instagram
- We will supply you with pics & text for all the parties & give formatting
- One post per event, tagging venue & all DJs
- One story per event, tagging venue & all DJs

We try to give a few activity and promotions shifts to our social media volunteers as well so you can get some variety and not just glued to your phone the whole time! :)

🚨We don't accept anyone unless they are staying 2 weeks, arriving at least 9 days before Full Moon and staying at least 3 days after Full Moon:

⚠9 DAYS before Full Moon - Latest Arrival Allowed
⚠DAYS 1-7 - Free time, daily post, with occasional event promotion
⚠DAY 6 - Schedule confirmed
⚠DAY 7 - Training meeting
⚠DAY 8-12 - Full day shifts (average 7-9 hours a day, late enough to sleep in, early enough to party after)
⚠DAY 10 - FULL MOON PARTY
⚠DAY 13 - Recovery day and final tasks
⚠DAY 14 - Earliest Departure

🚨OK, THE HARSH RULES. DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CAN'T HANDLE ANY OF THIS:🚨

1) We expect you here on the dates you confirm. We're flexible, let us know IN ADVANCE if you need to change. With increasing flakes, we now require a refundable deposit & booking to confirm your commitment.

2) You are REQUIRED to be active in group chats - our volunteer chat is how we communicate. You MUST send pictures and updates of you doing your tasks. You MUST be on other group chats where we invite guests to participate and join us.

3) If you don't do your shifts and share updates, we will have to kick you out. It sucks for all of us, so please don't put us in that position. Similarly, if you stay for the free time and then leave before the 5 days of work, you will be charged for your stay, obviously.

4) Leaving early is fine, as long as it's 4 days AFTER Full Moon Party. Notice is required; don't just ghost.

5) Respect EVERYONE. That includes keeping the staff dorm and kitchen tidy, not disturbing other volunteers or guests, respecting all staff, and always being friendly and kind to guests.

6) ONCE AGAIN TO BE 100% CLEAR: Full Moon Party REQUIRES long hours for those 5 days. The rest of the time is almost exclusively free time. If you can't agree to that, DO NOT APPLY.
