L'expérience

We're looking for outgoing travellers who want to host our weekly Karaoke nights, pub quizzes and language exchange tables (with our help of course!) It would be ideal if you enjoy social activities!

Also, Dresden and its sourroundings are beautiful and we want you to explore it and take your fellow travellers with you.

We'd also need some help cleaning our guest kitchen and help with easy tasks like carrying up laundry, going shopping etc.

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Réductions sur les Boissons: Obtenez des réductions sur les boissons de notre bar.

Vélos à votre disposition: Vous pouvez utiliser nos vélos quand vous le souhaitez.

Détails du programme

You will host/participate in our social events.

Every night at 7pm you will host the "hostel table", this means an easy get together with our hostel guests. Afterwards you can either join in an event, go out, cook together or something other.

We have 2-3 other set events per week.
On Tuesdays, we do Karaoke, on Wednesdays we host a language exchange table, on Thursdays in Summer you organise a Pub Quiz.

There are plenty of sights and places to explore in and around Dresden. We would like you to take our guests with you to those places according to your own schedule and preferences.

Lastly, we need help cleaning and simple tasks(e.g. the guest kitchen, bring up bed sheets or bring empty bottles to the store) (maybe two times a week).

You should make content for our social media (TikTok, Instagram) and be confident to post viceos/pictures which fit our vibe.

You will stay in one of our shared rooms free of charge. If you want to register at our address, we can give you the necessary certificate. You are welcome to eat our breakfast buffet every day!

We will try to always have 2 volunteers so you can share in the tasks and support each other.

Activités et horaires

Every day we want to create a "room" for our guests to get to know other guests and hang out together, do something fun etc. For this every night at 7pm we want you to host the "hostel table" for an hour at least.

Tuesdays, we do Karaoke. We will set everything up, so your task would be to collect the songs, type them in the computer and participate (if you want).

Every Wednesday we host an international language exchange table. You will welcome the guests, introduce them to each other and generally just make them feel comfortable. Usually after a while it takes off on its own and you can meet people from all over the world.

On Thursdays, you will host a pub quiz/trivia night in our bar, which you (with the help of chatGPT) will create. ( we don't always do this, it depends on the guest groups we have)

For the trips in and around Dresden, we'll be happy to give advice on where to go (and how to get there) and we'll promote trips that you want to take.

Should we need any help cleaning the guest kitchen, it usually takes about 1-2 hours and can be done after the breakfast is over.

Creating content for our social media can be a part of all of the other tasks. Take videos/pictures while being in the hostel and/ or the areas you go explore.
