I had THE BEST Time at the hostel!! It was my first time volunteering and it immediately felt like I was part of the Family 🫶🏻 Ayuz, the manager, is the cutest and nicest person everrr (and a bit loco🙈). It's very important to her that everyone has the greatest time at the hostel!! The other volunteers were super nice and I miss everyone already :(( Would definitely come back!! :) Thank you for having me ❤️

It's so much fun to live with other volunteers, there's always something to do and it's easy to make friends. The working hours are good and the tasks are easy. There's a lot to do in the morning, which can be a little overwhelming at the beginning, but you get used to it quickly and someone will always help if you ask. It was a great experience overall, I recommend :)

I had a really nice experience volunteering at the hostel Surf Hostel 🏄‍♀️ The work was clear, manageable, and the agreed hours were always respected. Communication was good throughout my stay, though it's worth noting that the volunteer dorm does not have a window. Overall, I'd happily recommend this placement to future volunteers

I can really recommend this hostel for volunteering! The managers and other volunteers were super friendly! The hostel location right next to the beach is just perfect and the rooftop terrace is my all time favourite place. My start was a bit chaotic but the work is really more than fair and it was so fun organizing social activities. The only thing you maybe have to keep in mind is that in the low season (I was there in May) it can happen that they're not as many guests so it's more a chill vibe. You'll for sure have a great time🫶

I spent a few weeks volunteering at the hostel Rosa hostel in Gran Canaria and really enjoyed my time there. The vibe was relaxed, the island is stunning, and the team was welcoming and respectful. I shared a room with three other volunteers, which worked out well and added to the social experience. The tasks were manageable, and I had plenty of time to explore the area and soak in the local culture. A great option if you're looking for a peaceful and sunny place to volunteer while enjoying nature and meeting new people.

The work here was extremely fair, and it is a beautiful hostel! Everyone was so nice, and it was clean, artistic, and social. The only critique I have is that the communication could be better. It's very "with us or against us" -- there is a lot of blame thrown around for honest mistakes/miscommunication; and can be a little unkind sometimes, which I think makes volunteers afraid to ask questions and express discomfort for fear of a negative reaction. That being said, Stephie and Ayuz give the vibe of an older sister, and I hope they are blessed forever with responsible volunteers! Much love!!

I had a good time volunteering at the hostel. The work was more than fair, the location is great and the hostel surfboards are a great bonus! There was some average politics during my stay, but other than that, I enjoyed my experience :)

I really enjoyed my time at the hostel and it was perfect as my first volunteer experience! The tasks were super easy and as we agreed and I got plenty of free time to explore the island. Ayuz and Estefi were super nice and made me feel welcome from the first moment :)

It was an amazing experience. Estefi and Ayuz treated us like we were part of their family. They were always available and always helped us. The tasks are easy and well organized and allow us to enjoy the island. The hostel is very welcoming and from the first moment we felt at home.

I had a wonderful volunteering experience at the hostel! I can really recommend this hostel to everyone who wants to volunteer in a beautiful hostel with a great location and wonderful people.
