The English language is highly needed in Panama as a country due to its geographical position, the Panama canal and its increasing tourism. However the average Panamanian doesn't have the opportunity to practice this language eventhough is taught at most public schools. The best way to be fluent is traveling to an English speaking country or paying a private Native speaker tutor which is not affordable for many. This program aims to provide the average high school and university student with that opportunity at an affordable cost.

Activités et horaires

DAY SHIFT (e. g. :)
10-12pm. Publicity & Recruit. (2 hr)
Tue & Thu 3pm to 5pm. Instruction (2hrs each day/4 wk)

And /or
Saturdays 10a-3pm. Instruction (4hrs)

Total 10 hrs weekly. (Hours may vary according to the volunteers' and student's needs)

Règles

Volunteers are expected to provide the ingredients for and prepare their own meals, (no pork, smoking and alcohol in the house due to our religious dietary requirements). Keep own room and space used clean. Always keeping the Host informed of their where abouts for safety reasons.
