I had the pleasure of working with Teffy, who was an incredible host and mentor. She made sure I felt comfortable and supported throughout my journey, creating a welcoming and positive environment for me. Her guidance and encouragement allowed me to fully immerse myself in the local culture. One of the most enriching aspects of this experience was the opportunity to interact with local students. Through teaching and exchanging stories with them, I gained a deeper understanding of their perspectives. I am deeply grateful to Teffy for making this life-changing experience possible.

The work itself was very fun and fullfilling. The teacher you work with is the kindest. The communication (especially host) isn't good. The previous volunteer told me everything. The host does not live at the house anymore, wich is obvious as the house is dirty and the volunteers are not expected to clean. The Kitchen has only 1 stove pit and shower has no warm water. Lots of pest aswell. The privacy is nice tho. So if you don't mind the living conditions, I would recommendent the experience as you get close to locals. Especially in the weekend at the host's parents house. They are the best!

My cultural immersion in Vietnam was incredible. I felt like part of the family from the start. Thuan is an amazing cook, and her family was extremely kind and welcoming. This part couldn't be better. I loved Everything! However, I must point out that the photo in the listing doesn't match the accommodation. I stayed on a mattress on the floor in a classroom, while the photo shows a bedroom from another house. Updating the listing would avoid misleading expectations. Also, clearer arrangements about teaching methods, schedules, and free time upon arrival would make the experience even better

My experience with Thuan was great. From the very beginning, I felt very comfortable and was welcomed with open and warm arms! I had the perfect work-life balance and Thuan gave me a unique insight into Vietnamese culture. I mostly supported her in lessons but also gave my own lessons by arrangement. Thuan was very attentive, helpful and courteous. Thank you for the 14 days full of new insights and experiences.

It was amazing. Theffi made me feel at home the entire time I was there, especially when I was feeling really homesick. She opened her home and family to me, and even though I couldn't speak their language, they never made me feel like an outsider. I had the opportunity to teach Spanish and English to students and assist her with the cultural exchange project. She took me around, showed me the city, and we became really good friends. I encourage her to keep improving the space for volunteers so that more people can have this wonderful experience. Thank you for everything, Theff! See you soon!

My time with Theffy was one of the most beautiful experiences of my life. Initially, I had planned to stay for only three days, but I ended up extending my trip just to spend more time with her and continue the incredible experience. She is truly a kind-hearted, approachable, and selfless person who loves helping others and making sure you enjoy your journey to the fullest. I couldn't have asked for a better host, and I'm so grateful for the memories and moments we shared. Highly recommended!

The host and her family were super friendly For work, kids are not respectful to volunteers sometimes because there was only me in the class with 5 kids, (4 to 5 years old) for the first time meeting with them, and also the language barriers. No support. The accommodation was not what pics on the WP, it said “Private room” but it's not. If you stay in Da Nang City you only get a mattress on the floor in an empty classroom which I was sharing with another volunteer. She has 2 volunteer places that make us confused, please update the details more clearly and carefully for future volunteers.

About the class, I always guide you before classes start and stay in the room to support you, only one class I busy with other class (this class was changed schedule )so I leave downstair and told you if you need support let me know before I leave. If you need support why not you call me? I don't agree with your point, I hope you understand you are my volunteer, you come to support to me, and we support together. If you need or you want you should let me know . That makes easier to work tgt
