Genuinely immersive experience with locals. Personally I had experience ranging from local exploring by solo initiative. Then being guided by Yogi White Tara Naght to go to neighbouring village to meet a known family. Couple days helping with potato picking with another local family. Living at Ashram is very much like camping, just in a hut. (Sleeping bag recommend). Overall truly humbling experience. Keep an open heart, adaptable mind and you will have fruitful experience! Grateful for the opportunity 🙏
