I consider the organization a very good organization, the school is well organized, the children are getting a proper education and they're super sweet. Lydia and Emmanuel were great hosts, always helpful and supportive. I really liked my stay there and I've created a very deep connection with the children in the house. All in all I recommend the organization, I spent a good month living there and I respect a lot the work that they're doing for the children.

This was my first ever solo trip and my first time travelling to Uganda. Upon arrival I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was greeted with open arms from Lydia, Emma the children and the other volunteers. I felt welcomed by everyone and made to feel at home. All the staff at the organization da fantastic job in teaching & supporting the children. Whilst there the children were taking part in sports day activities which was great to see. Unfortunately I had to cut my trip short due to personal issues, but I met some incredible people from all over the world who looked out for me.

Top host for a reason! Emma and Lydia are fabulous hosts, they get a lot of volunteers but need all the help they can get, so don't hesitate to volunteer if you want to have an awesome experience.

Could not recommend this experience more❤️ One of the most impactful and transformative experiences I've had. You learn, you grow and it gives you the chance to experience and fully understand how so much of the population is living. Everyone at home became family, especially Lydia who became a sister to me. I felt safe and comfortable 100% of the time and loved all aspects. Thankyou Emma and Lydia for hosting

Volunteering with the organization was the absolute best experience. You become a member of the family the minute you arrive. I learned so much in my two week stay and wish I could have stayed for longer. This was my first solo trip and I felt incredibly safe and taken care. Both Emma and Lydia have worked so hard and overcome many struggles to help their community, their selflessness and commitment is inspiring. I encourage everyone to become apart of this amazing foundation. I cannot thank Emma and Lydia enough. Leaving was one of the hardest things I've had to do and I am so excited to visit!

Emma, Lidia and the rest of the host family are amazing. They are very welcoming and friendly and they always ask how are you doing. Love the kids and spending time with them. Emma even took us to take a safari for a few days and it was also amazing. I only have good words for this family and I just want to thank them for all the work that they are doing trying to improve and facilitate good study conditions to the school. I will defenitly come back!!!!

To the most rewarding, touching and powerful experience of my life. To Lydia and Emma who warmly welcomed me and to the unique bonds created with the children at home: Mwenja, Jeremy, Chris, Regard, those at school: Darius, Cyprien..., the teachers: especially Rebecca and Ariette and the volunteers (to Vanessa my twin). It was a very impressive experience! If you love children, this place is like heaven. The children here love our volunteers. Sometimes when the water doesn't come out and the lights go out, the people here are positive, and you can also think twice about your attitude in life. If you come here, make sure you think about what you can do as a volunteer and act.

For me volunteering with the organization was a super positive experience. The children at school are great you can feel the desire to learn. Preparing lessons and teaching is an experience to try. Lydia and Emma are very ambitious and determined people with a kind heart. The family at home became my second family. Thanks for everything guys❤️
