30 heures d'aide par semaine

Service de nuit: Aider aux tâches nocturnes et créer une ambiance relaxante pour les invités.

Entretien ménager: Aider à changer les draps et à l'entretien ménager général.

Administration: Aider avec les systèmes de réservation et les paiements.

Réception: Aider aux enregistrements, départs et assistance aux clients.

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Laverie Gratuite: Vous pouvez utiliser notre buanderie librement.

Détails du programme

Our hostel is a welcoming, known for its friendly atmosphere and its commitment to providing a memorable experience to our guests. We focus on creating a home-like environment where everyone feels welcome and comfortable during their stay. I hope that you, other collaborators and other guests feel the same way.

More details of the job description:
Greet guests warmly and assist them during check-in and stay. Provide information about local services, tourist attractions and help them install their Sim Card and activate unlimited data packages.
Handle reservations and respond to inquiries via email and phone.
Operational Support:
Assist in cleaning and maintaining common areas and eventually rooms.
Assist in organizing events and social activities for guests.
Contribute to maintaining a safe, orderly and relaxed environment at all times.

Activités et horaires

We have two shifts available. From 11 am to 5 pm and from 5 pm to 11 pm. 5 days a week. Shifts may vary in schedule to cover days off of the other night receptionist.
We are a hostel passionately dedicated to the service industry since 2012.
We look forward to your collaboration in managing guest registrations and departures. Provide accurate information about services, tourist places and local events.
Maintain hotel security during night hours. Support in the laundry area and cleaning of social areas and on less occasions in room cleaning.
