The Center is a beautiful place with so much to offer and learn from. I was able to meet local workers as well as other international travelers, the work was balanced and fair, and all of the people there welcomed me into the place with kindness and warmth. The food is really good and I had fun cooking meals in their kitchen. There were always new fun foods being made, and delicious fresh sourdough everyday. I loved my time at the Center and definitely recommend!

Disfrute mucho mis dias en el centro, la comida es muy saludable si te gusta estar en la naturaleza y el trabajo manual es una buena opcion de voluntariado las personas son muy bonitas tanto los trabajadores como los administradores el calor es intenso y los mosquitos estan todo el tiempo pero hay la gran ventaja de tener un rio al cruzar la calle

I'm so greatful for my time at the lodge. Go there with an open mind and you will be amazed by what you can learn from everyone there. Each person taught me something different and the land it's self taught me so much. There is something magic about the lodge and I truly hope to return some day soon. I can't say it will be the same for everyone, but for me it was perfect. I miss everyone and the doggos so much.

The lodge is a wonderful place, they really have good goals and they work with the Mayan q'eqchi' community in an amazing way. I enjoyed my stay in here, you get full immersion with nature and have plenty opportunities to learn about sustainability. Luis and Carlos were amazing hosts and even tho I spend much time alone it was a good balance between connecting with nature, myself and the community. Thanks for this experience!
