I just purchased my new house and it needs some TLC as I plan to Airbnb the rooms out to make a passive income in the future.

Things I need help with:
Building an alpaca shelter
Fencing
Painting
Fixing broken tiles (etc)
Putting in a solar gate
James Hardie style weatherboards
General skills for average as I’m still learning.

What I have to offer:
Basic shared accomodation
Downstairs:2 rooms-A large room with ensuite (this is its own private level however the kitchen is upstairs). There is also another small room;
Downstairs: A normal size room, kitchen bathroom;
A large double shed with power and water (away from main house).
