My time in Lima was absolutely incredible, it exceeded my expectations and I cannot recommend it enough. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and you soon feel as though you are part of the hostel family. The working hours were more than respected, often having to work less hours than stated if there was no need for you. The work was easy but always a lot of fun and you never have to do anything you're uncomfortable with. It's a great place to make friends, party, dance and learn different languages. Maravilhoso! O voluntariado no hostel proporciona uma troca muito justa! Fiquei principalmente no bar, pratiquei inglês e espanhol. As instalações do hostel são excelentes, comunicação aberta e horários cumpridos. O hostel fica em um dos principais bairros de Lima e com TUDO perto.. supermercado, farmácia e restaurantes apenas atravessando a rua. Não tem cozinha, mas foi informado previamente. Obrigada Ada, Fabrício, Maurício, Elida e toda a equipe por me receber tão bem ♥️

Everyone working here was so kind to me, with some it took a while to get more comfortable but in the end i can say i genuinely enjoyed working with everyone here. That being said the timing and place wasn't right for me, why I cut my stay short by a week. I wasn't comfortable with some of the regular customers, for this I really appreciate all the guys at the bar being comforting. I was excited to have a kitchen available, but unfortunately it's only available at certain times and youre only allowed when theres a cook working there. In the end it was okay here, you should see for yourself

Todo en the hostel LIma ha sido espectacular excepto los turnos de voluntariado. Durante mi estancia en este Hostel siempre he tenido los mismos horarios y días de voluntariado, es decir, lunes, viernes, sábado y domingo, mientras que mi única compañera ha podido disfrutar de, al menos, dos fines de semana consecutivos libres. Hablé con el encargado del hostel pero no hizo nada por establecer unos horarios o turnos más "justos" donde yo también pudiera tener algún fin de semana libre. Como digo, el Hostel es maravilloso y te harán sentir como en casa. CONGRATULATIONS!!

Just an amazing experience!! Thank you so much, Fran and all the team members, for being so welcoming and nice to me! The atmosphere is amazing, the hostel is so active and vibrant, you meet a lot of guests from all over the world, also some locals come to the parties, every evening there is something happening and it is always so much fun. The volunteering is not that difficult, you either work at the bar in the evening or at the breakfast shift in the morning and the working hours are respected. I am so thankful to all the staff, they are a great team and great friends ❤️

O hostel por si é lindo, as camas são bem confortáveis e grandes. O staff como um todo é muito amável e a Francesca (Manager) é um amor de pessoa, sempre muito preocupada em nos fazer sentir bem. As horas de trabalho foram respeitadas e havia tempo para se divertir e interagir com os hóspedes mesmo durante os turnos de trabalho. Eu definitivamente recomendo o the hostel para voluntariar ❤️

Me senti em casa! Fran a gerente me recebeu já no primeiro dia super bem, todo o staff me acolheu como se fosse família, me senti muito bem e a vontade se quisesse trocar algum horário, alem de me sentir tão em casa que ia ficar por 2 semanas e aumentei para mais de um mês ! O hostel é LINDO e tem uma das melhores energias que eu experienciei em toda a viagem. Vou levar todos no meu coração com muito carinho e sentirei muita falta! Ah o café da manhã é muito gostoso, banho quentinho, cama privada com cortinas e confortável, trabalhei 4 dias por 6h com 3 dias livres . Muito obrigada por tudo!

Nuestra experiencia fue maravillosa, fue nuestro primer voluntariado y este lugar y su equipo de trabajo nos hicieron enamorar de esta experiencia. Nos recibieron de forma muy agradable, tuvimos un par de días para adaptarnos y capacitarnos en las labores del voluntariado, y a lo largo de la estadía todo el equipo estuvo muy atento a ayudarnos. Fue increíble aprender, disfrutar, tener tiempo para seguir viajando y conociendo, y haber conocido muchas otras personas que son viajeros como nosotros.

It was a great experience, the hostel is beautiful, the staff is very nice and helpful. The shifts are well distributed among the volunteers and the tasks are easy. I would for sure recommend this place.

The hostel es un lugar grande e increíble, instalaciones muy bonitas y ambiente genial en la mañana para el desayuno y en la noche para el bar. El personal es serio así que hay que ser extrovertido para poder entablar una amistad con ellos pero son buenas personas. Lo recomiendo ampliamente! Conocí a mucha gente
