Hi I'm an older retired woman who loves hosting the right person, someone who might join me for my morning dip in the ocean pool and share some stories over a shared meal I'm requiring general housework, and help in my vegetable garden, weeding and composting. There's not much work to be done, usually a couple of hours a day.

2 jours de congé par semaine

Chambre privée: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre privée. En d'autres termes, une chambre rien que pour vous.

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Dîner: Vous avez droit à un dîner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Laverie Gratuite: Vous pouvez utiliser notre buanderie librement.

Vélos à votre disposition: Vous pouvez utiliser nos vélos quand vous le souhaitez.

Planches de surf: Vous pouvez utiliser nos planches de surf autant que vous le souhaitez.

Détails du programme

I'm a great cook but a terrible housekeeper, usually my volunteer will take over the general cleaning of the house, stack and empty the dishwasher, wipe down the benches and vacuum and dust and clean the bathrooms, help in garden, I will supply their food and their own bedroom with a king single bed.

Activités et horaires

No real shift, previous volunteers just do things as needed, I definitely want the house and kitchen clean but past volunteers have come for 2 weeks and stayed for 6 because it's easy and comfortable, but I won't be taken advantage of if it's not working I'll ask you to go, that's why I prefer older volunteers with a work ethic.

Règles

Must like cats and NOT let China the indoor cat out, close doors behind you. Communication - let me know you're not coming home for dinner, give me an approximate time you're arriving, no smoking, no heavy drinking and this is a home not a hostel so treat it like that, yes we all need our alone time but don't come if you're just going to do your chores and then lock yourself in your room, for me having you here isn't about the work it's about making new friends - please don't come if that's not what you want. I love to come sightseeing with you but happy for you to go off on your own.
