L'expérience

Hello, We are non government organization located at sombetini in Arusha region which is a centre for tourist activities in Tanzania. Our aim is to help the unprivileged children in the community as we are providing education to children both at risk and in vulnerable condition.
In this program we found that most of the children under the age of 6 years need and wish to go to school but they can't because of the school costs.

4 heures d'aide par jour

Travail social: Aider au travail bénévole dans des projets locaux et des communautés.

Enseignement sportif: Enseigner ou assister l'hôte, les invités ou les communautés locales dans la pratique de sports ou d'activités physiques.

Enseignement des langues: Enseigner une langue à l'hôte, aux invités ou aux communautés locales.

Garde d'enfants: S'occuper des enfants, jouer avec eux et passer du temps ensemble.

Ce que vous recevez

2 jours de congé par semaine

Chambre privée: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre privée. En d'autres termes, une chambre rien que pour vous.

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Dîner: Vous avez droit à un dîner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Détails du programme

We are concentrating on providing education and taking care of the children aged from 9 months - 8years old where as the work begins at 07:00hrs in the morning up to 12:30hrs in the afternoon. Few children will remain at school for lunch and looked after until 18:00hrs because some of the parents are likely to come from work around that time.

Activités et horaires

Daily activities which are done at school are;-
TEACHING
Volunteers together with teachers will be teaching the children normal school subjects which are arithmetic, arts, reading, environment, communication and writing

PLAYING WITH THE CHILDREN
Teachers and volunteers will be playing different games such as football, netball, puzzles and other games with the children during break time.

Règles

The organization would like to welcome volunteers who will share our values Which are; Respect, Accountability, Commitment, Honest and social involvement. We also expect volunteers to dress properly while they are at school during class time by wearing long pants or trousers and tops that are not too much revealing because you are in a position that children will look at you and learn a lot from you. In our culture people are dressed like it's written above. In your free time you are allowed to wear what you like.
