We've got around 300 dogs at our shelter. Help us clean kennels, feed dogs, and most importantly, play and intereact with them. Your creative ideas are welcome. Make a meaningful impact on our furry friends' lives. Contact us to volunteer and be part of something special.

Description: The payment is only collected if the volunteer decides to stay at our volunteer house. The payment will be used solely to cover the costs of electricity and plumbing, and we do not retain any of the funds for personal gain.

Volunteers at our shelter engage in a variety of fulfilling tasks, each designed to create a positive impact. From hands-on activities like feeding, grooming, and walking the dogs to essential tasks like administrative support and photography, there's a role for everyone. Whether you're a social butterfly, a photography enthusiast, or simply passionate about making a difference, we have diverse opportunities to match your skills and interests.

Activités et horaires

Daily routine of shelter

8-9AM – Breakfast For The Dogs
9AM-12PM - Cleaning. Picking up faeces, cleaning water and food bowls,
washing the concrete floors etc. Leash training. The shelter staff will tell you
which dog is in need of training.
12PM – Lunch
1PM – Grooming the dogs. Ask the staff which dog is in need of washing. some handicapped dogs may need massages to help them walk
2.30-4.00PM – Dinner For The Dogs. Prepare food and clean up the kennels and common area
3.30PM – The dogs in the streets get fed. You can decide to join our team or stay to take care of the shelter dogs
5.30 pm – Workday is finished. It might sound like it’s a really busy
schedule but we promise you that there will be a lot of time for just
cuddling and hanging around with the dogs as well

Règles

1. Be Kind to The Dogs: Show genuine love and compassion towards the dogs.

2. Stop Any Dog Fights That Occur: you can splash water to seperate them. call for help if needed.

3. Reliability: Stick to your agreed-upon schedule. If you can't make it, give the shelter a heads-up. We understand if you need a break

4. Clear Communication: Communicate openly with the shelter staff and fellow volunteers. If you have questions or concerns, Let us know.

5. Respect Dog's Boundaries: Understand and respect the boundaries of each dog. Some may need space, and others love attention.

6. Dress Comfortably: Wear comfy clothes that you won't mind getting dirty. The dogs will jump and play.

7. Stay Healthy: If you're feeling unwell, let the shelter know. We want to keep everyone, including our furry friends, healthy.
