L'expérience

Based in Colombia, this is a project combining a hostel and a coffee farm and aims to offer the most authentic experience possible of the coffee region.
We are looking for volunteers to help mainly at the bar of the hostel and for the bar service. We may also ask you to find, organize and drive activities for our guests.

If you are open-minded, outgoing, creative, and if you like working in a team, this experience is for you!

1 jour de congé par semaine

Dortoir partagé: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres voyageurs.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Dîner: Vous avez droit à un dîner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Réductions dans les Pubs: Obtenez des réductions dans les pubs à proximité.

Réductions sur les Boissons: Obtenez des réductions sur les boissons de notre bar.

Détails du programme

Are you a social, energetic person who loves connecting with people from all over the world? We're looking for outgoing volunteers to join our hostel’s bar team! Your main role will be helping with the bar service, but just as importantly, we need you to be the heart of our social scene.

Language skills are key! Since we welcome both international travelers and Colombian guests, we require volunteers who speak both English and Spanish.

You’ll also be in charge of organizing and hosting fun, engaging activities like pub quizzes, beer pong tournaments, and social nights to bring guests together and create an unforgettable experience.

Activités et horaires

We offer you the 3 meals every day (even during your day off). The food is homemade. At the bar, you will have a 30% discount in selected products.
You will sleep in a dormitory room onsite and enjoy the hot shower (with pressure !).

You will enjoy all the services of the hotel : pool at any time, self service coffee from the finca, laundry, Wi-Fi (starlink).

You will benefit of one complete day-off per week.
The working hours begin at the end of the afternoon so you can still enjoy all your morning
