I had a great time at Sasha's home. He is a super flexible person and respectful with the working hours. Sometimes the work can be a bit challenging, but I have a lot of respect for what he does every day. The place itself is surrounded by nature, really peaceful and quiet. On the weekends it was easy to take a train and explore some nearby cities, which I would recommend. Definitely talk and communicate with Sasha, he knows some nice places to explore. In addition, he got a super cute dog (dogs) and his mom makes the best cakes :) Overall, I always felt safe and comfortable here.

A experiência foi melhor do que eu imaginava! A cidade é bem tranquilo e o contato com a natureza é revigorante. As instalações da casa são maravilhosas e o anfitrião é uma pessoa gentil, respeitosa, flexível e compreensivo. Levarei no coração a experiência que tive. Sem dúvidas, a melhor experiência que tive aqui na plataforma. O trabalho, às vezes, é cansativo, mas com o tempo seu corpo se habitua, mas ao mesmo tempo é gratificante. Eu repetiria essa experiência. Sem contar os bolos deliciosos que ganhamos de presente. Gratidão pelos dias vivenciados no voluntariado.

This experience was truly a positive exchange - Sasha loves to share his knowledge and ideas about sustainability, organic farming and local culture if you are interested and engaged. I felt instantly at home at his house, his farm and with the other volunteers. And his animals are the best!!! Sasha is very attentive and makes sure that both life at his place and work at his farm feels like a safe and open space through open communication. Furthermore, he is extremely generous and helpful - he took us to eat local food, showed us "his world", and introduced us to local people and farmers.

Farm life is physically demanding —especially during summer. Expect to sweat a lot! Sasha is the chillest owner I've met. He encourages open communication and wants you to ask questions—whether it's about harvesting or reporting damage. I made small mistakes, but he stayed calm and patiently showed me the right way, even if we had to ask twice. Tips: Wear long sleeves/pants—some plants cause itching and there are bees 🐝. Bring a hat for sun 🌞. Know how to bike—farm's 2.5 km away 🚲.

Sasha es un excelente anfitrión y ser humano, cumple a cabalidad lo que ofrece. Te explica todo con mucha calma y te hace sentir cómodo. Las tareas en la granja son bastante dinámicas , el tiempo de las tareas se respeta , el alojamiento de voluntarios es espacioso y bien equipado. En tu tiempo libre puedes usar la bicicleta para ir a sitios cercanos o ir a ciudades cerca ya que las conexiones en tren o bus son bastante accesibles. Si quieres conexión con la naturaleza , en el lugar donde nació la bandera de Italia y el queso parmesano , es acá! 🤩

He looks after his community, fosters connections among travelers and locals, and creates a warm, supportive environment. Equally importantly, in his work, he shows members the concept of organic and sustainable work, shares and teaches them about the operation of organic farms, which has taught me a lot, and has raised awareness and recognition of organic farms in his own way!

Definitivamente una experiencia que debes vivir, aprendí muchisimo y disfrute demasiado mi estancia, Sasha y su familia de hacen sentir como en casa. Sasha es un apasionado por la agricultura y deberia de haber mas personas con la visma visión que el para mejor nuestras vidas. Definitivamente superó mis expectativas, lo recomiendo al 1000%.

Wow, solo puedo decir que fue una experiencia maravillosa✨, Sasha es una persona increíble con un sentido de respeto y responsabilidad por la naturaleza y el equilibrio, desde el 1 dia estuvo pendiente de mi y todo lo que necesitaba, se nota muchísimo que le encanta enseñar y si tienes un verdadero interés vas a aprender muchísimas cosas, su mamá me hizo unas tartas deliciosas cada lunes. Pude aprender también mucho sobre la cultura Italiana, cerca tienes la parada de bus y tren para ir a muchas partes de Italia muy fácilmente. Recomiendo demasiado esta experiencia y espero volver pronto 🥰♥️
