We’re looking for motivated volunteers to help with housekeeping and cleaning at our surfcamp.

Life here is simple and close to nature, a “back to the roots” experience by the ocean.

Requirement:
• Work independently & efficiently
• flexible with schedules
• Enjoy cleaning & creating a welcoming space
• Love the ocean & want to surf (or learn)
• Feel comfortable with rustic living and nature

Ce que vous offrez

28 heures d'aide par semaine

Aide en cuisine: Aider à préparer, finaliser et servir les repas.

Réception: Aider aux enregistrements, départs et assistance aux clients.

Nettoyage: Aider à nettoyer la cuisine, les chambres, les salles de bain et les espaces communs.

Entretien ménager: Aider à changer les draps et à l'entretien ménager général.

Montant: US$ 75 Une seule fois

Description: $50 is needed as a security deposit.

2 jours de congé par semaine

Dortoir de l'équipe: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres personnes.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Laverie Gratuite: Vous pouvez utiliser notre buanderie librement.

Vélos à votre disposition: Vous pouvez utiliser nos vélos quand vous le souhaitez.

Transfert: Nous viendrons vous chercher à votre arrivée et vous emmènerons à notre propriété.

Planches de surf: Vous pouvez utiliser nos planches de surf autant que vous le souhaitez.

Leçons de surf: Prenez des cours de surf gratuits sur les plages locales.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

At El Ranchito Surfcamp 🏝️, our focus is always on the guest experience. We want every guest to feel like part of our family — welcomed with kindness, warmth, and care. As a volunteer, you play a big role in this. Being friendly, respectful, and social is not just encouraged, it’s essential to being part of our team 🤝.

For the Housekeeping position 🧹, your main responsibility is to keep everything clean and organized for our guests. A clean and well-kept environment is one of the most important parts of making guests feel comfortable and happy. Due to the tropical atmosphere 🌴 — with bugs and animals around — strict cleaning guidance is very important. But don’t worry: we provide training so you’ll know exactly how to do it ✅.

Most of the work is independent, which gives you the freedom to manage your routine, but it also requires motivation, reliability, and good work ethics 💪. We are looking for people who take pride in doing things well, enjoy contributing, and bring positive energy to the team.

If you love the ocean 🌊, don’t mind simple living, and want to join a surf-family vibe while helping us keep the place beautiful for guests, this is the right program for you! ✨

Activités et horaires

Duties:
- daily cleaning of the common area (bathroom, kitchen, dining places)
- laundry
- room cleaning

Règles

During the expected working hours we appreciate when you have a good working ethic: hard working, work efficiently and independently.

In the following, there are other rules during your stay:
- No drug or alcohol use on your working shifts
- Do not steal anything from the surf camp or the guests
- Do not ask guests to help you with any tasks - In NO circumstances! (Even if they offer help)
- No excessive use of your cell phone during your tasks for social media, calling, messaging etc.
- Smoking breaks max. Once every hour.
- No physical or verbal violence at the property of the surf camp or the beach cafe
