Hey there!!

We are looking for carpenters and/or builders to help us develop a house in San Juan. We have a few simultaneous projects going on:

Working with containers: Help us change the floors, install windows, and do painting.
Handyman: House maintenance. Repairing and fixing, etc.
English or Spanish is a must. We work mostly with tasks.

Chambre privée: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre privée. En d'autres termes, une chambre rien que pour vous.

Déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Événements gratuits: Entrée gratuite aux meilleurs événements de la ville.

Tournées des bars: Participez à nos tournées des bars locaux !

Vélos à votre disposition: Vous pouvez utiliser nos vélos quand vous le souhaitez.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Accès Internet Rapide: Internet haut débit pour travailler à distance

Exigences

Intermédiaire Anglais ou Intermédiaire Espagnol

Entre 18 et 80 ans

Accueille les volontaires solo, les couples et les partenaires de volontaires

**Volunteer Agreement**

This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for volunteers participating in our program. By signing this agreement, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the following rules and expectations:

1. **Probation Period**: A probationary period will apply upon arrival, during which both parties can evaluate the suitability of the arrangement.

2. **Minimum Stay**: The minimum stay is two weeks, with the possibility of extending upon mutual agreement.

3. **Sleeping Arrangements**: Volunteers will be provided with a private room, equipped with a fan and either a full or twin bed. The bathroom and kitchen are shared with other residents.

((The whole agreement will be sent via whatsapp to confirmed volunteers))

Activités et horaires

● We need people with experience in construction, carpenters, organizers, electricians, plumbers, handyman, clean freaks and art projects.
● I used to be a tour guide so I can give u a million suggestions of things to do during the week and if you like camping we provide transportation and a tent.
●Let us know what you would like to visit in PR, we can help organize your schedule to visit Vieques, El Yunque or whatever you want to visit.

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT THIS POSITION

***If this is your first Worldpacker experience, the first time that you live abroad, your first "job" or the first time that you are on your own, this position is not for you. We want Worldpacker with experience and independent.***

● There's a probation period upon arrival.

●Two weeks minimum stay (it can be extended)

● You would stay on a private room with a fan and a full bed.

●Sometimes you are gonna be with a live in co host, the host or a guest.

●The host reserve the right to end your stay if u don't seem fit for the experience.

● The rooms are subject to availability. You may have to move to a different room during your stay.

● The bathroom and kitchen are shared.

● Is very important that you meet your task. Failure to complete your task may affect or end your stay.
