Objective:
Assist in updating the electrical system of a 19th-century house's ground floor while preserving its historic charm.

Scope:
Renew electrical setup in main entrance, corridors, bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, kitchen, and patio.

Activités et horaires

- Conduct a thorough inspection of the existing electrical system.
- Create a detailed schematic for the new electrical system, considering modern needs while respecting the historical aspects of the house.
- Address any potential hazards or safety issues present in the current setup.
- Remove old wiring and electrical components that don’t meet safety standards.
- Install new wiring, outlets, switches, and lighting fixtures while preserving the historical integrity of the space.
- Consider energy-efficient options and incorporate them where feasible.
- Verify that all circuits are properly connected and labeled.
- Help to obtain necessary approvals of the new installation
