My time at the hostel was so special, primarily because of the wonderful people: fellow volunteers, staff and visiting guests. the hostel was close-by to several arts/ culture orgs that host events and Tartu has many green spaces to walk in. The hostel itself is also very welcoming and cozy! The management is a bit disorganized communication wise, but they are open to new ideas and the work was easy and collaborative. Time off was respected and I had lots of time to explore. I am so grateful for my the hostel family!! Thank you for having me :)

The hostel was my first volunteering experience, and it was truly indescribable. Everyone at the hostel is helpful, the work isn't difficult, and the atmosphere is cozy. I'm leaving not only with wonderful memories but, most importantly, with such an awesome friends. It really felt like second home to me. I can recommend it to everyone, and I would also love to come back soon. A big thank you to all the receptionists for their amazing aproach and for making my stay unforgettable. I hope we'll see each other again <3

I had such a lovely time at the hostel. The city of Tartu is a very peaceful place, with tons of community events (if you look for them). The hostel itself is full of color and warm vibes. If you need to escape the rush of real life, this is your place. Also, you start work at 10 am and have the rest of the day free when you're finished!

I loved staying here at the hostel! I had an amazing time talking to all different sorts of people and getting to know Estonia in the process! Since I was here during off season (Feburary) , we usually had very little work to do. I definitely recommend volunteering here and I hope I'll be back some day

A great experience for a first time packer! Staff are supportive, the hostel is comfy and cute. I was there during off season so not much work to do, leaving time for me to explore the city (it's so beautiful during winter!).

Because of unexpected circumstances I worked only a few days in the hostel but I had a really nice time. The work is not a lot and we always finished after about two hours. You get used to the system easily and can choose you daily tasks in communication with the other volunteers. Because the city is not so big and especially in winter it's very calm, I would recommend bringing some books or other stuff to fill your free time.

Big thanks to the staff — they were always super helpful and caring with all the volunteers. You can tell they really care about everyone's experience. The hostel is doing a great job trying to be eco-friendly, which I loved! Maybe the volunteer rooms could use a bit more maintenance, but overall it was a great stay. The location is awesome, really close to a Coop where you can grab groceries and cook at the hostel. I rented a bike to explore the city — it's such a beautiful place! I'd totally come back, mostly to see the amazing friends I made here!

I had a great time volunteering at the hostel! Since I was there during the off-season, the atmosphere was very calm and the workload was not heavy at all. The receptionists and volunteers were nice and kind as well, so my experience in general was super positive. If you want to be a volunteer in a chill environment, I totally recommend you apply for the opportunity there. Thank you!

We enjoyed our time at the hostel, it was in a great location and promoted sustainability. The work was easy to follow and would normally only take a couple of hours! The hostel and volunteers gave great recommendations on what to do in and around Tartu.

We enjoyed our time at the hostel. The Hostel promoted sustainability and was in a good location to explore in and around Tartu. We were usually only working 2 - 3 hours a day and the cleaning tasks were easy to follow. The Hostel was a little quiet during the time we spend there so not as much going on socially but was many recommendations on events happening in Tartu and was a more chilled relaxing environment.
