My stay at the hostel was amazing. All of the staff and volunteers were extremely welcoming right away and it felt like home immediately. The volunteer hours follow what was agreed to from the start and Rene is extremely flexible when planning your schedule so that you can explore Oaxaca and the amazing surrounding areas! The hostel itself is beautiful and has tons of fun activities to participate in (ping pong, karaoke, market tours, pool parties and board games). I'm extremely grateful for my experience at the hostel and I will definitely be back to visit ❤️

Overall the hostel is a great place to meet people. Bar and pool is nice especially on Sundays for pool parties. Unfortunately I had to cut my stay short due to security issues at the hostel. There's no lockers in the volunteer dorm so there's really no way to lock up valuables and people have sticky fingers.

El hostel un hogar lejos de casa. Solo tengo palabras de agradecimiento. Me divertí muchísimo, el trabajo es como lo acordado y te dan opción de elegir tus días libres. Son muy organizados así que aprender a desarrollar las tareas es realmente sencillo y siempre están para ayudarte en caso de que tengas dudas. El Hostel es grande y cómodo, con muchas actividades y las personas que lo integran son muy cálidas, imposible pasarla mal! Espero tener la oportunidad de volver alguna vez ! Gracias el hostel 🥹🤗🇲🇽

El hostel es un excelente hostel para disfrutar Oaxaca, es céntrico, es fácil llegar caminando a los mercados, el zocalo y las iglesias. Las personas que integran el staff son hermosas, el hostel es muy amplio, se puede disfrutar de la pile y hay muchas actividades para hacer (yoga, ping pong, clases de salsa, karaoke, tours a mercados y de comidas, etc). Recomiendo pasar por aquí si querés una experiencia completa ❤️
