L'expérience

-We are a couple living in Ullapool center. We are looking for some help regarding general help maintaining our house and the garden.

You will have a cabin for your own and we will provide food allowance money for you to make your meals.

Each day I will tell you the activities and explain you how to do them.
With the volunteering activities, we have a Slf catering cabin and if you help with the changeover, you will get paid for it.

2 jours de congé par semaine

Chambre privée: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre privée. En d'autres termes, une chambre rien que pour vous.

Petit-déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un petit-déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Déjeuner: Vous avez droit à un déjeuner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Dîner: Vous avez droit à un dîner gratuit, tous les jours de votre séjour.

Laverie Gratuite: Vous pouvez utiliser notre buanderie librement.

Visites gratuites: Nous vous emmènerons faire des visites et des balades en ville. Gratuitement !

Randonnées gratuites: Nous vous emmènerons en excursions et randonnées autour de la ville. Gratuitement !

Vélos à votre disposition: Vous pouvez utiliser nos vélos quand vous le souhaitez.

Cours de langue: Suivez des cours de langue gratuits chez nous.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Détails du programme

The help we need at home and in our garden is regarding their general maintenance. I will tell you what the activities for each day. Most of it is simple work and you will be given good and clear instructions on how to do them. We will discuss which skills you have to make the best of your time.

You will find with us activities working outside as well as inside the house, making some reparations, construction, painting and arranging some stuff.
We have a small number of laying hens and we share the eggs. You will be asked to feed them.

As we have been having volunteers for the past 25 years, we have good experience at making people feel at home .

Activités et horaires

Activities usually start at 10am , stop for lunch at 1 pm and stop at 4pm, or earlier sometimes. We are very flexible about working hours and we can arrange according to your need to explore the town and the surroundings. you will be able to chose your free days so you are able to go hiking or traveling.

The first days we will start with easy activities to learn about your skills and strengths. We will find out too some things you can learn. Most of the times, I will show you how to do each thing and then it will be unsupervised work, however, if you have any doubt, you can always ask as many times as necessary.

Règles

We expect a clean cabin when you leave and in general to be respectful with everyone. There is a lot of freedom so we just expect common sense of living around other people :) in 25 years, we have had only 2 minor accidents, but we expect you to have medical or travel insurance to prevent any indesirable situation!
