I highly recommend this experience. Not only the place is stunning, peaceful and conveniently located, but the staff and the guests are the real highlight. I truly feel blessed with a balinese family, got a hold of the local lifestyle, and got to da lot of activities in the retreat as cooking classes, indonesian lessons and learn how to make balinese offerings. Also took my first surfing lessons here and I cannot recommend enough as you also get to bond deeper with the guests that come for that (in approx 5 lesson people get upgraded to intermediate to try to catch the waves on your own).

My experience was truly excellent. The place itself is beautiful and peaceful, perfect for anyone looking to slow down and connect with like-minded people. The food is amazing, the program is well-organized, and the overall vibe is super nice. But the best part of this experience is without a doubt the people who work there - incredibly kind, generous, and genuinely caring. They make you feel at home from the very first day, take care of you in every way, and share so much of their culture and warmth. I'm grateful for my time here, and I would recommend this place to absolutely everyone.

This was one of the yoga teaching exchanges that I've done so far! The place is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful, the guests were all so great to connect and interact with, and Dian and all of the rest of the staff made me feel so at home ❤️ I would highly recommend this experience and look forward to going back in the future!

A beautiful homely stay in a quiet escape outside of canggu. A spiritual haven with beautiful workshops, yoga, meditation and surf. Wonderful meals/food by the lovely cooks. Usually I take a bit of time to settle in a place but I felt immediately cared for and looked after in this place.

I had an amazing experience working as a chef with the Surf and Yoga family! Dian and Atre were fantastic to work with, and the other chefs in the kitchen felt like big sisters—full of warmth, humor, and always ready to help and support you. You'll be embraced by their motherly love and joyful energy. The place is beautiful, and I shared unforgettable moments with the other volunteers—an experience that truly changed me and helped me find new, genuine friendships. See you soon! I really enjoyed my time in Surf and Yoga, the team in SOOO welcoming, Wayan, Tini, Quedeck, Roby, Dian and Egy are amazing human beings with which you can connect deeply and get to know a lot of local culture, during my time there I received a lot of yoga clases and improved a lot my techniques and connection to the practice. The job was very nice and what they offer is what they describe in the opportunity, also they are very open and people who you can easily talk to

A transformative experience teaching yoga here. The staff was so deeply welcoming to both guests and volunteers. Classes are small/ intimate which really allows for a family style feel. Dinners together are social and the food is 🤌🏼 The shared bunk room is quite glamorous comparatively to other hostel volunteer stays. The only thing lacking is a bit of organization in the camp in general - sometimes the volunteers are the only ones on site dealing with guest check-ins or camp issues. But I guess that's just the surf camp island life ;) I wish I never had to leave! This place has my heart.

This place is amazing! Im so glad with Egy, Nastassia and all the staff, they made me feel like I was at home :) They are so flexible with the work, and always will help if you need something. The breakfast is amazing! I really love how you can make so much friends and always have fun, going to the beach or playing some music at the hostel, it felt like a family. Im so thankful for this experience

This place is new -open for over an year under foreign investors- and is still somewhat developing in terms of administrative structure and staff. However the local team atm was incredibly kind and lovely to everyone and made the family atmosphere. It is a nice property w/ nice communal spaces like the rooftop and pool; the dorm is comfy suitable for up to 3 people but by the time I was at Surf and the surf camp Canggu there was no Private bathroom as mentioned in the position - it is the only social toilet of the place so shared with everyone around including the guests while in the pool area.
