Where do I even begin? I think the fact that this was my second time with the home in less than half a year is proof enough of how this experience was! Audrey, thank you so much for welcoming me yet again and giving me a chance to indulge in the culture and give it back in some way! You're super awesome and you already know it! From clicking photos with fake laughs to enjoying real gigs, we had a great time. I've said it before and I'll say it again, YOU made it feel like HOME!! I can only say that anyone will be incredibly lucky to have you as their friend and host! Will be back! 🫶

Incredible experience, definitely worth the trip. Audrey was not only extremely kind and helpful, but she also ensured we had the chance to immerse ourselves in the Santo Domingo lifestyle. Good accomodations and good people.

Sólo puedo decir cosas maravillosas!! Llegué y me acogieron como una más. Se han convertido en amigos, que ya estoy extrañando… Fue casi un mes súper divertido, fuera y dentro de Dr. Brigadeiros. Aprendí muchísimo sobre el proceso de preparar brigaderios, disfrutamos mucho haciendo fotitos y videos (y probándolos jaja). Toda una experiencia de 10!! ya estoy deseando volver a verles y seguir aprendiendo con ellos. ❤️

I enjoyed a lot spending my time with Audrey and Karl. They are really nice, and kind! This is my first experience with Worldpackers, and I'm so happy!!! I would really recommend them, and of course this experience 🥰

Let me start by saying this: I HAD AN AMAZING TIME! It was so fun to work with Audrey and learn about her brigadeiros business. The work itself was so fun - helping them showcase their exquisite craft to the world through Instagram. Both Audrey and Carl were so chill, respectful, and friendly. I feel like we're a big family already! I totally recommend this to everyone who likes to be creative and can help capture the essence of their business. You get to express Santo Domingo - trust me, you'll always have something to explore! I'm already wanting to come back!! Much love to you ❤️

Mi experiencia fue increíble, me sentí muy cómoda fue como haber visitado a una amiga, las tareas no fueron pesadas fueron hechas con mucho gusto. Me cobijo e informó ante el paso del huracán fiona. This was such an amazing experience. Both Audrey and Carl are so welcoming and they are more than willing to take you around Santo Domingo to explore. Definitely ask about all their food recommendations because they have some good ones! During the time the host are working, you are more than free to go explore by yourself which I did by going to a national park or sitting at a coffee shop. A truly amazing and eye opening experience!

A palavra desse voluntariado é DOCE! Audrey é um doce de pessoa, você vai trabalhar com doces maravilhosos e vai perceber que a vida em Santo Domingo é uma doce vida! Audrey precisa de ajuda em seu doce projeto com brigadeiros. Muitas fotos, vídeos, Instagram... alimentar a rede social do seu trabalho é primordial! Então se prepare para muito clicks e gravações. Além disso você também pode ajudar no dia-a-dia da casa, já que estará muito bem instalado! Obrigada pela oportunidade e sucesso com a casa!
