We need a team of volunteers to bring life and joy to the hostel! It's an old building so it needs a good clean. Our goal is to make it the best hostel ever. Creative, ecological, clean and friendly.
We love hosting and collaborating with volunteers who thrive on hospitality. Making our place great needs the imagination and energy of a wide range of people. We want to share our project with you.

Nettoyage: Aider à nettoyer la cuisine, les chambres, les salles de bain et les espaces communs.

Entretien ménager: Aider à changer les draps et à l'entretien ménager général.

Dortoir de l'équipe: Vous aurez un lit dans une chambre partagée, ce qui signifie que vous partagerez la même chambre avec d'autres personnes.

Laverie Gratuite: Vous pouvez utiliser notre buanderie librement.

Utilisez notre cuisine équipée: N'hésitez pas à utiliser notre cuisine et préparer vos propres délicieux repas.

Détails du programme

The position of housekeeper/cleaner is mostly for people that can't be on reception because of an insufficient level of English. Or for those who are just really keen on cleaning!

Activités et horaires

On the general housekeeping shift, you'll be in charge of cleaning the rooms between check-out and check-in (11am/3pm). Fair warning, our hostel is 4 floors without an elevator and we ask you to hoover them during this shift. It can be pretty physical.
On the morning cleaning shift, you'll be in charge of preparing the hostel for the morning, like cleaning the rooms and tidying common areas before everyone wakes up (6am-9pm).
In some instances when we have extra help, we may have you deep clean or help out with other tasks around the building.

Règles

The total of hours/week won't exceed 18h.
We try to be as accommodating as possible with the schedule.
We ask all our volunteers to be helpful and friendly with guests, even when not on shifts! We expect you to be inviting guests on activities, which can be walks, nights out, activities, etc.
