I had amazing time at Queen Hostel! Everyone was helpful, funny, and welcoming! I met a lot of interesting people from all around the world. Tasks werent hard, and you have plenty of time to explore the city. I'm definitely coming back one day! 🤟🏽🤟🏽

I would recommend the hostel ! Working with Ayano, Fanik and Monica was amazing! There is no real training for this job just go with the flow. Each person will tell you how to do something slightly differently which can be conflicting hahah. Otherwise the work shifts are 30 hours a week which can be a lot for just volunteering. When working with the guests don't get overwhelmed by any large groups...just do everything with a smile and you'll be alright. Also the other volunteers were very nice and super helpful for any additional advice.

I really enjoy my stay at the hostel, meeting a lot of people and visiting many places around Milán. Comparing to other hostels experiences, the job was much harder and demanding (breakfast shift). It would have been great if they had let me make some shifts during breakfast and some others at the bar so my job was not so routine. I did not feel like a volunteer but an employee. Gratefully I had really good company working with me!

The hostel is amazing! Is in a great location and is super well frequented. The space is mega comfortable. The work experience is like any other serious job, so we have serious rules and tasks to fulfill, and everything promised has been fulfilled as well. I enjoyed the experience, made some great friends and learned many things! I recommend the experience!

La experiencia dentro de Queen Hostel fue muy interesante desde el momento en que entré por primera vez al lugar. En ese momento descubrí que el lugar oculta dentro de su puerta doble automática, un santuario de buenas experiencias. Unos minutos después, cuando empiezas a conocer al personal, descubres que está lleno de personas trabajadoras y con la mejor actitud para trabajar por mejorar el lugar, los cuales desde el primer momento te hacen sentir como en casa. Al incluirle el perfecto ambiente internacional de Milan puedes tener garantizado que el tiempo que pases ahí va a ser bueno.

Definitly i recommend these place, Tereza is the most nicest host you can ever ever have, also Franceso is very very helpfull, the place is amazying and the location is perfect, the guest are good guest and everything was perfect for me... I wish i could stay longer but i needed to continue my intineray, hope to be there someday again!

Queen hostel and Milan have a special place in my heart now!!! Such incredible days I had, the hostel is big but very confortable and the people make you feel like home! If you like to party and meet awesome people everyday this is the place to be, counting the days to be back, hope it will be soon!! Tereza and Francesco are really amazing people who are always there to help you if you need some help. The staff is friendly too. I expected the hostel to be more fun and with more volunteers. At the beginning I was very alone cause I was the only one there. It's a new hostel and they owners are really working hard to improve the social part. Thanks for this month! Italy is amazing!
