The hostel was a place where I made friends that will stay with me for a lifetime. It is a very young environment that connects people. The staff is very sweet, lively and friendly. I was very well received by Rafaela and Renato in a relaxed and flexible work environment. I am very grateful and satisfied with this experience where I had several opportunities and openness to show all my skills. I literally felt at home and it was the best thing I could have done at the beginning of my life here in Italy. I will miss and remember forever. They are all in my heart and in my story =)

I had such an amazing time at the hostel. The staff and volunteers were all lovely and really approachable. The events in the bar are always fun and I met so many amazing people, both staff and guests. I would recommend to anyone visiting the hostel to stay at the hostel or at least go for a drink on karaoke night. The work was easy and relaxed - it never really felt like work. I miss everyone already and hope to be back soon!

I had a great time at the hostel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and I made amazing friends. The only downside were the owners of the Hostel, because whenever they were at the Hostel it became a different environment, not welcoming at all (they didn't even bother to look at the name tags of the volunteers and call us by our names). Luckily, they weren't there the whole time of my stay. Apart from that, the whole staff was amazing! Shout out to Rafaela for selecting such an amazing team of volunteers! Miss you all a lot!

Definetly one of the best experiences I've had in my life!! Even though I had applied to work at the hostel, I was still a little bit afraid about what could happen: making friends, enjoying the work and so on. When I first got there, I was surprised about the great infrastructure and how prepared was the hostel to receive volunteers. Also, I was greeted by Jonas, a very friendly brazilian who made me feel welcome at the first day alredy. During my stay, I met people from all different types and made some great friends. The work at the reception was joyful and the shift was respected.

It was an amazing experience, a friendly team and the volunteers, I don't even have words to describe it, they became my family, which I miss so much❤️🥹 the parties are amazing and the moments they provide are unforgettable!! I hope to go back there soon, without a doubt it was the best hostel I've ever stayed.

Staying in the hostel was by far the best experience. I was in charge of Breakfast, and I could socialize with the guests,learn more about their cultures,and have more experience with kitchen and cleaning. They welcomed me very well by Rafaela, I felt like home. The room is very comfortable(it can be a little mess sometimes,but is part of the process of having 10 volunteers). The Staff is welcoming and helpful. I had wonderful days in the hostel. It's very well located, a lot of fun at night,parties and events. It is not a hard workt it demands you responsibility and effort. I recommend 100%!!!

My experience with the hostel has been amazing. The team is great and the hostel's vibe is unbelievable. I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone with an open mind and that wants to learn new things and practice English.

The hostel is spectacular. The location is excellent, the city is fantastic and there're a lot of things to do around. The space is very good for those who like to interact with new people, as there are always activities during the week. Also, the team of volunteers and Staff are super nice. I loved the time I spent in Milan and especially the friendships I made during that time. I totally recommend the experience!!

I had so much fun in the hostel! The hostel is fantastic and the people are as well. It is a hostel and a bar so you can have a lot of fun in there! You have 2 days "off" per week so you can enjoy this time to travel around Italy... The staff and volunteering crew welcomed me so well, making me feel at home! At the hostel I made friends that I will cherish forever.
