Help us giving these amazing kids a proper education and a bright future by teaching subjects like English, math and social studies. You can also help us with gardening to provide food for our children at the hostel that is connected to the school. You will get a life experience that you will never forget.

Détails du programme

In this program you will be teaching kids from the age 4-14 years old. We teach subjects such as math, English and social studies. The school is currently hosting 137 well-disciplined pupils. Besides teaching, you can also help at the hostel that is a home for 14 of our pupils. Volunteering at the hostel includes activities such as working in the garden and helping the children with their homework.

Activités et horaires

The school starts at 7:30 and ends at 16:30. A normal day at the school includes attending different classes, lunch and games time. As a volunteer you make your own time table in cooperation with the teachers. You decide how many hours you want to work but it has to be at least 6 hours per day. It is up to you what subjects you want to teach and what activities you want to do between classes. When you are having time off work we are happy to arrange activities with you such as hiking, safaris, community visits and other cultural tourism.
