Volunteering at the hostel was an amazing experience! The team was always welcoming, helpful and made us feel at home from day one. The tasks were clear and fun, and the team created a very positive and organized environment. I also had the chance to practice my English. We are grateful for the opportunity and highly recommend the hostel to anyone who wants to volunteer! Come to Jerusalem with an open heart and you will be amazed!!!

Visiting Jerusalem was a dream we had for years, and the hostel made it come true in the most beautiful way. From the very first day, we were welcomed with so much warmth (especially by Oscar), respect and a real sense of belonging. The team is amazing, always helpful, and creates a light, organized and positive atmosphere. The tasks were clear and enjoyable, a special thanks goes to Chef Hezi for his patience and willingness to teach us. Saying goodbye wasn't easy, as the hostel quickly became a home away from home. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend the hostel to all volunteers! ❤️

My experience was much better than I expected! The rest of the staff are as welcoming as possible and help where they are able to when needed. The information relayed in the volunteer listing is wholly accurate and honored fully. Also, when the host did the interview, he gave a very clear and direct explanation about the responsibilities and the job description for the volunteers. All around a great experience and a perfect place to volunteer! I enjoyed my time so much!

The place is ,hands down, the best Hostel in Jerusalem and the staff is great, the food was great and the location is amazing. You get to meet interesting people and the environment is very family oriented what makes it it general to have an awesome mix of people.

This place most definitely should be on any traveler's roster. super comfortable the hostel with the most amazing staff and managers...special shout-out to the volunteer manager Oscar for being the awesome Italian that he is and always being there to joke around and keep things light. also, special thanks to Ahmed for being super accommodating and helpful and always available to help out and make sure everything is running smoothly...and I can't forget to mention the most amaizing chef Hezi for the delicious and most amazing food he creates, can't get enough of it...10/10 would highly recommend🫶

I'd like to share that the the hostel is without a doubt one of the best — if not the best — options for staying in Jerusalem. Volunteering there is truly rewarding; the tasks are enjoyable, not exhausting, and you still have the time and energy to go out and explore Jerusalem or even Tel Aviv. I'm truly grateful to the hostel — especially to Oscar, the best Italian I've ever met!

I had an excellent experience at Stayinn. Everyone welcomed me very well, they were friendly and attentive. I had iconic moments with Oscar and other volunteers that I will never forget. He was very friendly and always asked if everything was ok. The hostel is organized, clean and attractive. I liked the place so much that I invited some friends to the hostel there. Regarding work, everything was very calm and fair, and I was able to have the flexibility to choose my hours and days off without any problems. Well, it was a great experience! I truly recommend volunteering at Stayinn! I will return...
